Setup an appointment with Lexus of Concord to text drive one of their vehicles.
I worked with a gentleman named Kenny Koeppel who greeted me in a very professional
& friendly manner. After test driving a second vehicle I was still unsure whether that was
the one! There was no pressure from him, he was patient & listened to what options that
I was interested in. He offered to let me take the vehicle so that I could really decide if that
was the right choice for me. I ve been a long time Lexus customer & this is the first time
that I felt comfortable in the process from beginning to end. Same with the finance manager
Ali Heydari. Now, not only am I a fan of Lexus vehicle s but the team as well. Yes, I bought
another Lexus!
