I came on an emergency basis. My 2017 RX350 wouldn t start, so I had to jump start it. Arriving at Lexus of Concord late in the afternoon, my needs were immediately attended to. Testing showed that the battery had a dead cell. Under warranty, I was supplied with a new battery, and a courtesy inspection. My vehicle had been washed when it was returned to me.
