I called Jon Wayne to come give me some quotes to run electrical and plumbing lines for my new house. They scheduled me and we re able to come out in just a few days. Robert and Ruben were great! They Showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. They answered all my questions. I was very happy with the respect they showed me and their level of professionalism.

I honestly thought this would have been a quick in and out appointment but it ended up being a very thorough inspection that offered us insight into the overall condition of our homes plumbing system. I was more than impressed with the representative, Brian Swisher. He did an examination of our current unit and our home, and was very patient in explaining everything to us. I was however, more than a little disappointed in the options for financing, it kind of felt like a bait and switch, when we were told that while Jon Wayne Company could handle all the work for us, we could not get the financing special of 18 months deferred and same as cash, because we would not choose one of the higher line models. there really was not any other option offered, so we cannot give our estimated 10 thousand dollars of business to Jon Wayne for a complete system change out. For someone that is cash strapped and needs to excercise financing options, its kind of sad to hear that essentially you need to spend more money to get the financing plan you want. I am going to give them 3 stars for now, because of the courtesy and product knowledge of their rep. He was on time and gave some good information, but the last stars missing stars are for not having any other options for reasonable product purchase, and because i cannot speak to their install capabilites.
Great experience! The service tech was prompt and friendly. I booked the appointment online and they called immediately to go over my request. I was able to receive service the same day I called. A really nice group of people.
I booked an online appointment, and that appointment was confirmed via email (said they would text me when they were headed my way). Later I received a phone call from them, wanting to verify the appointment (and find out what the issue was), after being placed on hold, and at some point going through some type of phone connection issue that caused the call to be dropped, I was told they were not able to honor the confirmed appointment, and would need me to reschedule it for another day. Meanwhile, my home was without heat, so I told them I would have to contact another company. They didn't seam to care. I would not recommend them, as the customer service is very poor.

Jon Wayne uses a new process that really cleans the ductless A/C/Heater. The process looked very thorough. Their technician was friendly, informative and efficient. I am glad to have Jon Wayne performing the maintenance. In fact that maintenance was why I chose Jon Wayne to install my unit.
Called because we had no water to the house and grandma had used them for a water heater before. First visit was fine and promising but follow up was terrible. Office staff promised a phone call back one day and didn t. I had to call to follow up and representative was rude and man-sprained to me I was wrong. After the money we gave them I d have expected a whole lot better service. Especially considering they ask you when they answer the phone how can we make you smile today? Umm - read the notes and pay attention!!! Rude customer service and always late.
Jacob was fast and friendly. He went over different issues including some things I didn t know about. We talked about what order to do things in since I can t do everything at once. I felt he knew what he was talking about and took time to show me why something was needed. I felt educated when he left and that was a good feeling. I will use this service again.

I called Jon Wayne A/C around 3pm because I couldn't get my new Nest thermostat to power on. The phone service rep was very nice and helpful and scheduled to get someone out to me the same day before 8pm. The technician, Jacob, arrived before 8, as promised, and was able to get me all taken care quickly. He was extremely helpful and courteous and even educated me on what had gone wrong when I tried to install it myself. I highly recommend using this company if you are within their service area.

Scheduled a service call for Wednesday 9 Dec from 8-12. Called at 1115 and they said they were running late. Around 1pm I called again as I had better things to do than wait around for these guys. They were still running late so I told them I would need them to come the next day between 8-12. They called at 1115 and said they were running late and would it be ok it they came later. I can not spend two whole days waiting for this company to show up. Very disrespectful.

Still waiting for a service. Over the weekend I set up an appointment for Wednesday between 4 and 6 pm. I got a call Wednesday 345 PM stating that all the technicians were working and would not be able to make it out. Being understanding I said okay and rescheduled for the same time the next day as that is what works for my schedule. I received a call Thursday at 5ish stating that the technicians are all busy and they would not make it by 6 but they would make it out tonight. Again I said ok thinking it was reasonable for them to still make it out. I just got a call at 630 PM stating they cannot make it tonight and will have to reschedule for tomorrow. So maybe I will change the review after my ac is fixed but as of now this has to be one of the worst companies I've dealt with.
I ve never had a bad experience with JW. Always responsive, always honest, and always reliable. True, they may be more expensive than others, but they stand behind their workmanship and their products! You get what you pay for!!
We called because our a/c was not working well. Got an appointment for the very next day. They called as promised ahead of time to let us know they were on the way. James showed up was very polite! He even remembered us from a service call at our old house, we just moved into this one!! He was able to assess, diagnose and fix the problem SAME DAY!! Glad to be able schedule an annual inspection on a Saturday morning instead of having to do it during a work week, by scheduling it several weeks in advance. Bobby Terrell was most professional and was able to take care of the minor issues quickly while performing the annual inspection and hot water heater flush. Appreciated the recommendations without any pressure, I decided to take advantage of one that is scheduled at my convenience.

We experienced a small emergency when our master shower started dripping quite a bit of water late at night. First thing in the morning we called Jon Wayne and although the employees were having their company holiday picnic, they sent a plumber out to our home in just a few hours. I bought a new central air unit from John Wayne and it was not cooling after about 3 months. They immediately came out and fixed the coolant leak be re-welding the line to the unit. I'm happy with their service and commitment to me.

Was in a dilemma with my home warranty co. No AC for 5 days....no urgent action from home warranty so I call Jon Wayne as a plan B. From the initial phonecall my situation was taken serious, setting up an appt for a technician to come on the very next day to assess what I would need to get my home cool again. Although they did inform me that they did not work with home warranties they assured me there were plans that I may be interested in. 36hrs from my first phonecall, my home has a new AC unit and my home is cool and comfortable.

Great customer service, I was informed every step of the way (If they were gonna be late or early) prior to the tech getting here. Abel was outstanding he was down to earth and didn t try to sell me something I didn t need like the technicians from Elmers (don t use Elmer's they re horrible). Abel gave me options and instead of trying to get me to buy a new unit he worked with what i had and got me going again. I m glad I found John Wayne and I would recommend them to anyone. I like the service so much I m not a member of their service plan. Great company over all!

This was my first use of Jon Wayne, but I was very impressed with Andrew and his work on my AC. He took pictures of my system so he could patiently explain his recommendations. It was clear he wanted me to be comfortable with the options available and the service he provided. There was absolutely no pressure to go with higher priced options, but I agreed with his recommendations after seeing the evidence and hearing his explanation. He took his time as if I were his only customer! I will be using Jon Wayne again.

JW came out because the heat pump wasn't heating well during the last cold spell. Found a small leak on inside coil and replaced it the same day....No charge. Outstanding communication and service.
I am a first time customer. I called on Monday and the earliest appointment was Friday from 9 to 1. The electrician did not arrive till around 4 PM. I told Customer Service the directions to get to my house because the GPS is are all screwed up when it comes to my address. But the customer service representative did not pass that information on to the electrician and he called me because he was lost and was 40 minutes away from my house. I had asked, when I made the appointment, could I be the first customer on Friday morning at 9 o clock because I had another service man putting up a satellite dish who needed the electrical work done before he could do his work. The other workman got here at three although he started calling at two and waited for the electrician to get here. For being an old, retired, handicapped, priest the bill of almost $600 was more than I had in the bank. I was then forced to join some club, that cost $29 a month for one year, that brought my bill down $100. The electrical work was finished, but I had other things to for the electrician to do, but he was too tired and is coming back next week. Unfortunately, the other technician was not able to complete his work successfully because of the stress and it was getting dark. He too is going to have to come back and correct his work. Google gave me two companies that they guaranteed. This company got five stars. The other company, Mr. Sparky, got 4 1/2 stars. Unfortunately, I went with the wrong company. The Google Guarantee said if I was not happy, they would pay the bill. I m not happy! Would you be happy? I m waiting for Google to call and send me a check! Good Luck!

Able came out he asked some good questions about how we feel our system works to really make sure he was fixing our needs. Once he cleaned and assessed the system he gave us multiple options on what we could do going forward
The price quotes are so high just to repair the breaker switch. When I contacted other electric company they repair in less than half price. It's way out costly to go with Jones Wayne. Anyway I had to pay 29 dollar visit charge even I didn't do repair or anything.
I never recommend to have them scheduled. I mean who would pay single breaker replacement 400 dollar.

The business is very professional. Communication was great about appointment and tech arrival. I am getting quotes on installing a whole house generator. I phoned them because the Generac website stated they re dealer and when they arrived I was told they no longer were because of issues getting parts from them. Jon Wayne now sales Kohler Generators.

Had Lane visit our home to investigate an issue with our A/C blowing hot air. He took about 15 minutes to diagnose the issue, and then provided multiple finance options to fit our budget.
After selecting the service that fit our needs, Lane was able to get everything fixed the same day!

I called for a very simple repair in which one of the pipes under my kitchen sink came loose and was leaking water. It's essentially a 45 minute fix at most with very little material required but I don't plumb so called in professionals. They literally refused to fix it in the most cost effective manner even though they were fully capable of doing so. Instead they offered several fixes which included repair for things they saw as "potential future issues" which cost over $2k. Mind you none of the things they say would cause issues have had any issues to that point and based on their description of the problem seemed highly unlikely. Essentially I asked for an oil change and they were only willing to do a complete engine rebuild even when the engine was working perfectly fine and only needed new oil. I called another company and they fixed for under $200 and in less time than it took me arguing with the John Wayne tech about why they couldn't just complete the simple repair required. If you want to be overcharged and over sold than use this company otherwise I'd recommend literally anyone else. I almost never write reviews but if this will prevent even a single person from being ripped off it was worth my time.
Edit: This is an update based on the response received. My opinion of what took place remains completely unchanged. Everything I stated was accurate so I'll repeat buyers beware if you want to be overcharged feel free to use them. You may call them for a $200 dollar job and be sold a correction to a completely unrelated "future problem" that you never in fact have even experienced for 10x the price.
They responded to my needs on time and did a wonderful job. The service tech did a great job on my unit in the attic. I m very pleased,It did cost a little more than I thought but maybe that is the going right now. I would use them again.
