Great customer service, I was informed every step of the way (If they were gonna be late or early) prior to the tech getting here. Abel was outstanding he was down to earth and didn t try to sell me something I didn t need like the technicians from Elmers (don t use Elmer's they re horrible). Abel gave me options and instead of trying to get me to buy a new unit he worked with what i had and got me going again. I m glad I found John Wayne and I would recommend them to anyone. I like the service so much I m not a member of their service plan. Great company over all!
