Was in a dilemma with my home warranty co. No AC for 5 days....no urgent action from home warranty so I call Jon Wayne as a plan B. From the initial phonecall my situation was taken serious, setting up an appt for a technician to come on the very next day to assess what I would need to get my home cool again. Although they did inform me that they did not work with home warranties they assured me there were plans that I may be interested in. 36hrs from my first phonecall, my home has a new AC unit and my home is cool and comfortable.
