I booked an online appointment, and that appointment was confirmed via email (said they would text me when they were headed my way). Later I received a phone call from them, wanting to verify the appointment (and find out what the issue was), after being placed on hold, and at some point going through some type of phone connection issue that caused the call to be dropped, I was told they were not able to honor the confirmed appointment, and would need me to reschedule it for another day. Meanwhile, my home was without heat, so I told them I would have to contact another company. They didn't seam to care. I would not recommend them, as the customer service is very poor.
