Still waiting for a service. Over the weekend I set up an appointment for Wednesday between 4 and 6 pm. I got a call Wednesday 345 PM stating that all the technicians were working and would not be able to make it out. Being understanding I said okay and rescheduled for the same time the next day as that is what works for my schedule. I received a call Thursday at 5ish stating that the technicians are all busy and they would not make it by 6 but they would make it out tonight. Again I said ok thinking it was reasonable for them to still make it out. I just got a call at 630 PM stating they cannot make it tonight and will have to reschedule for tomorrow. So maybe I will change the review after my ac is fixed but as of now this has to be one of the worst companies I've dealt with.
