Called because we had no water to the house and grandma had used them for a water heater before. First visit was fine and promising but follow up was terrible. Office staff promised a phone call back one day and didn t. I had to call to follow up and representative was rude and man-sprained to me I was wrong. After the money we gave them I d have expected a whole lot better service. Especially considering they ask you when they answer the phone how can we make you smile today? Umm - read the notes and pay attention!!! Rude customer service and always late.
