I was more than impressed with the representative, Brian Swisher. He did an examination of our current unit and our home, and was very patient in explaining everything to us. I was however, more than a little disappointed in the options for financing, it kind of felt like a bait and switch, when we were told that while Jon Wayne Company could handle all the work for us, we could not get the financing special of 18 months deferred and same as cash, because we would not choose one of the higher line models. there really was not any other option offered, so we cannot give our estimated 10 thousand dollars of business to Jon Wayne for a complete system change out. For someone that is cash strapped and needs to excercise financing options, its kind of sad to hear that essentially you need to spend more money to get the financing plan you want. I am going to give them 3 stars for now, because of the courtesy and product knowledge of their rep. He was on time and gave some good information, but the last stars missing stars are for not having any other options for reasonable product purchase, and because i cannot speak to their install capabilites.
