I am a first time customer. I called on Monday and the earliest appointment was Friday from 9 to 1. The electrician did not arrive till around 4 PM. I told Customer Service the directions to get to my house because the GPS is are all screwed up when it comes to my address. But the customer service representative did not pass that information on to the electrician and he called me because he was lost and was 40 minutes away from my house. I had asked, when I made the appointment, could I be the first customer on Friday morning at 9 o clock because I had another service man putting up a satellite dish who needed the electrical work done before he could do his work. The other workman got here at three although he started calling at two and waited for the electrician to get here. For being an old, retired, handicapped, priest the bill of almost $600 was more than I had in the bank. I was then forced to join some club, that cost $29 a month for one year, that brought my bill down $100. The electrical work was finished, but I had other things to for the electrician to do, but he was too tired and is coming back next week. Unfortunately, the other technician was not able to complete his work successfully because of the stress and it was getting dark. He too is going to have to come back and correct his work. Google gave me two companies that they guaranteed. This company got five stars. The other company, Mr. Sparky, got 4 1/2 stars. Unfortunately, I went with the wrong company. The Google Guarantee said if I was not happy, they would pay the bill. I m not happy! Would you be happy? I m waiting for Google to call and send me a check! Good Luck!
