I bought Beko home appliances (order No. 540890 from 14 08 2018) that came with some factory problems! The Ideall store was very prompt in delivering the products, but unfortunately the troubleshooting was done in 3 weeks. So, 5 stars for Ideall but I do not recommend Beko!
