Their conclusion was astonishing: the return is denied and the responsibility is my exclusive, because I did not open the parcel before giving the courier money. Also, they are absolutely convinced that the product, since it is in a sealed box, is also whole and could not be damaged during the transport / handling on the supplier-warehouse-customer route, but I, within 15 minutes of taking it, as a miracle, I managed to break it in two and produce 2 holes on the side, all under the conditions where the edges, corners, bottom and top of the product are intact, as evidenced by pictures.
I consider the solution offered an abuse and a violation of the law regarding the return of products, as a result I will address to the competent authorities in this regard.
