Although either they sent a sealed product or it was from the transport, this 'shop' blames in all these cases on the customer.

The conclusion: I keep 40% of the price if I want to return the defective product delivered and I pay the shipping. Total 1100 Ron lost on an order of ~ 2000 Ron.

These uneducated peasants justify their behavior in their minds and are convinced that what they do is normal, even legal. Again, I am threatened with a EUR 5 penalty per day if I do not accept their "solutions" sooner.
