On October 22, I ordered a Philips vacuum cleaner that was not in stock but in stock supplier. I was contacted and was told that the product will be available in 7 days. I accepted the order and waited. After 8 days on October 30, seeing that nothing was happening, I called them. The lady I talked to could not give me details and said she would be back by the end of the day. Nobody contacted me. On October 31, I called and at Call Center, after waiting minutes, I managed to talk to a lady who asked me to wait to check the situation. I waited a few minutes until he came back with information. He told me that he was interested in the supplier and that he was sent and will call the warehouse to find out the situation and he will contact me later that afternoon or at the latest the next morning. I was not contacted and on November 1st morning I checked the order status in the account and found that at 10 o'clock the order was passed as Canceled RVX. At 2 pm I called them again and I managed to catch someone to talk to. They checked the situation and told me that they canceled the order because the product can no longer be brought from the supplier. I told them that it was normal to inform me about the cancellation of the order and the reason why they canceled it. They said they were so sorry. Honestly after this experience I do not know if I will ever work with them again. I worked 7 years ago when everything went well. It may be true that it was not Ideal's fault because the product is no longer available but they were responsible for communicating with me as a customer. If I had not called 3 times I think I would not have been contacted now and the order would have appeared as canceled. I work at a car dealership and honestly if this is how we communicate with our clients so far I was leaving the market.
