Hello, I ordered an iron on ideall.ro which arrived on April 9 and came with the SPART water tank. I called them and they said that the complaints are made by e-mail. I sent several emails and no response. When I called them again they told me to send a lot of emails until I received an answer. As you can see in the photos, the box is full. My question is: how many emails do I have to send until I receive an answer? Or how many reviews should I write ???
UPDATE !!!! WE ARE ON APRIL 22 AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ANSWER.
THIS IS THEIR WAY OF OPERATION WHEN THEY WANT TO GET RID OF A BROKEN PRODUCT. AND THEY TAKE THE MONEY, THEY ARE NO LONGER INTERESTED
