I ordered a vacuum cleaner (which is still "available" in the online store with a nice discount) which I paid online with the card. When I had to be contacted by an operator to confirm the order I received an email that offered me another product at the same price but as performance well below the ones the ordered product has. I refused the "advantageous" counter-offer and as a result my order was canceled without further comment. For the money, I don't even want to think about how long I will get them back.
The most unpleasant thing is that this was the first order and certainly the last one based on the experience.
I do not want to give advice but a trader who treats a new customer in this way will surely lose many more potential.
Taking into account the personal experience, I do NOT recommend this trader for MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION ON THE SITE OF CUSTOMERS BY THE PRESENTATION OF FALSE OFFERS.
