Frivolous! I bought a good product but it broke down and I can't find them to send under warranty for more than a week. Pathetic! If you write a message on the site and give Send, no sent message appears. I called and outside of business hours the robot said they would call me back. They didn't call me back and it's 11:40. They have other priorities than the client. Extremely dissatisfied, I take my product to the service and lose the guarantee for their frivolity!
