I ordered a product that said it was in stock, pay...

I ordered a product that said it was in stock, paying it online, in full with the card. I was contacted that it is actually out of stock and I waited 2 weeks to "unlock my money" as they said. Not to mention that I ordered a sealed product, new and the product came with traces of blows on it. They don't want to accept the product back and they said I actually hit it. I filed a complaint with the ANPC. Not to mention that the employees of this shop lack professionalism and the most disrespectful people. I recommend to avoid!
