Estimated 2-3 hours for an oil change. Waited 3 hours for an oil changed. Asked for an update - couldn t provide an eta. Terrible customer experience. Had to leave without getting an oil change....

Michael was the service coordinator. Asked the manager for assistance - did nothing.
