Worst dealership service I have EVER received. Moral of the story- DO NOT GO THERE!! There are much better AND CHEAPER Honda service dealers. I have been there on Valentine's Day (which they put me in a foul mood because their lack of customer service). In any case here is my experience. First, the only reason I went back was because I received a coupon for $25 off any service done (excluding parts, tires, ect..). Honda refused to take the coupon, which was covered under the discount (I made sure to read the fine print). They gave me $5 off and a bs excuse on why they could not take the whole $25 off. Second, my glove box latch was broken by their disgruntled mechanic. They completely demolished my glove box trying to open it, failed to open it, and charged me $200. Essentially, they charged me for breaking my glove box. Additionally, they wanted to charge me another $415 to fix their mistake!! Note- I did not break my glove box it was a disgruntled mechanic who did. Fool me once shame on me. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.. Never again. They could give me the best deal on earth I will die or switch car makes before I EVER step foot in their terrible, rude facility EVER again! :)
