Service is not what it used to be, more salesmen that customer focused service. It took 4 hours to change break pads when they broke a clamp they didn't have in stock for a recent model Odyssey. If you turn down the $2,000 in other 'issues', expect slow service and them breaking things. I had hoped my last experience with them ignoring a Honda service bulletin to charge me an extra $1,000 to unnecessarily tear my motor apart was anomoly but I'm feeling it's normal operating procedures here. Unless you are forced to, I'd say find someplace else.
