We traded in our traverse for a pilot. We worked with Max and he did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied. We can be difficult to deal with sometimes, but he made sure to do everything possible to make us happy. Everyone in the store was so helpful and friendly. Even after purchasing our new vehicle, Max has stayed in contact with us and continues to make sure we are happy and everything is going well.

Ronnie Adams was my salesperson. It was the best experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. No pressure, just great service and he had an extremely amount of knowledge for every vehicle on that lot. After I had decided on my Honda accord sport, he went through every detail and every button on the interior of the vehicle and explained everything to me in detail. That meant a lot to me because I had no idea what all of those buttons were for.
Ronnie also remained in contact with me for several weeks after the sale to make sure that I was still very pleased with my Honda. And of course, I am extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase. It has been an excellent car and I have been on road trips and the gas mileage is incredible.
But going back to the sale, Ronnie treated me as though I was the only person in the room. He made sure that I was very comfortable by offering me coffee, cokes or any refreshments that they had inside the lobby. Everywhere that I looked around in the lobby I saw nothing but smiles. The smiles were from the salespersons as well as the new car buyers. I could tell that everyone was having a very pleasant experience. So if you are considering buying a new Honda, Holmes Honda is the place to go. But you must ask for Ronnie Adams to be your salesperson. He will spoil you from the first time that he shakes your hand and try his very hardest to make you the best deal possible. And that's exactly what he did for me. If there were 10 stars available, I would rate Ronnie Adams with all 10 stars. He was very courteous, professional and personable. All together, it was just an awesome experience. I wouldn't think twice about going back there for another purchase. At the very least, just go and look around and meet Ronnie. He's a very cool guy. And also he is hassle and pressure free. I promise you will not be sorry.

This morning when I found the listing for a 2017 Honda Civic EX Sedan did I think tonight I would be driving home in said car. Scott Goldstein made this process so easy. Updating with new info since my previous review... got a certified preowned odyssey yesterday, and it was a great experience. John Young followed up with me over the past few weeks as I was making my decision (I forst came in early August ) and let me know about additional vehicles that might work for me. Never pushy, very helpful with followup questions I had before deciding. He gave me a very fair price, and at my request added a trailer hitch, so the van has all the features I need without me having to take it in to get done. Went above and beyond to handle it all and be sure I was happy with my van. Even brought the van to me at my home in the rainstorm. Also Eugene in financing was very professional and patient with dealing with my bank financing and out of state title, extra trouble I know for him but he made it smooth and easy for me. Very pleased with the whole process.

Last week I went to Holmes Honda to buy my wife a vehicle. I was introduced to my salesman Kameron who went above and beyond the call of duty to put me and my Family in our new preowned 2018 Toyota Rav 4 xle. It took two days for us to find the perfect vehicle and he was with us every step of the way even off the clock to let us know what different options and models we might like. And even with the little complications he made it his priority to sort it out and make the sale.

Great experience! Everyone was so professional yet down to earth and really listened to what you were looking for as far as the vehicle and its financing was concerned. Sales person was very pushy about buying a specific car when we were there, even though we informed them that we were doing just initial searching. Lied about running a credit check on me, they told me they were running a soft check. Equifax states that the dealership ran a hard check instead. Spammed my phone asking for my pay stubs and pushing me to buy this vehicle, and also called me at 8PM on a Friday night to ask why I haven't gone through with the purchase yet! I will never buy a car from this dealership!!

This was my first Honda purchase. I went by myself. Of course I did some research before going in. I wanted a Honda pilot and felt it was too much car for only me. So I was torn between the 2017 Honda Civic and 2017 Honda Accord. I am a Chevy girl and ended with a Honda, never would have thought that could happen. My salesperson was Jason Norman, who absolutely took care of me. He ensured all my questions was answered. I thought something was wrong with my car and I called him and he said just bring it back up here. Sure enough the car did not have a problem. I wish Jason Norman could sell cars for all dealerships. He is definitely one in a million. It was like shopping with my best friend. Please go see Jason Norman you won't be disappointed. Everyone was really nice.

I just bought my 12th car last week. This is the third vehicle from Holmes Honda Shreveport, the second from Josh Mayfield.

Josh is a family man and works hard to take care of his wife and kiddos. He has always taken care of my family like we belong to him. He is honest and goes above and beyond to get the deal done and his only goal is to make his customers happy. He makes the process fun and there is zero pressure.

I sent him a text the day I decided I was ready to buy and I told him what I was wanting out of my next vehicle. In less than 30 minutes, he sent me a picture of my vehicle and the payment information. After buying cars from another dealership since 2004, we bought our first Honda at the end of last year from Holmes Honda. Today was the first oil change for my Honda Pilot. I was super impressed by the service department! Zach Reid the service writer, was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and over all one of the best I ve ever had pleasure dealing with. My experiences with my past dealership and their service department had left me despising visits to the repair department.
Holmes Honda was IMPRESSIVE! From the moment I made my appointment till I drove out it was nothing short of enjoyable and I felt like I was the most important customer. I have been a Toyota owner for the past 12 years; previous to that I had a Toyota for 8 years. I have never had issues with my Toyota which is 12 years old, so, when the time came that I needed a bigger car for the grand babies and car seats (my car was a Solara); I immediately went to Toyota to purchase the Highlander. Keeping an open mind I was going to 'look' everywhere else as well. The salesperson @ the Toyota dealer was new on the job, could not answer my questions, had no idea where the keys were for more than 1 vehicle, etc. I left thinking I'd get a Highlander bu nott from him. A friend of mine owns a Pilot and loves it. So - I went to Holmes Honda after 'chatting' with Allen on line who set me up with Amanda LaClair.

Ms. LaClair is an outstanding representative for Honda. She is incredibly 'available' for you, answered all my questions and then some, very knowledgeable about the Pilot, the models, the differences, what I was looking for - just absolutely everything. Amanda knew the Pilot model up/down/in and out - no hesitation, just BAM - answer.
Love that! She also stayed in touch with me, working with me on the price, color, etc. I could not have imagined a better experience and the Pilot virtually sells itself. I drove it home Friday and I am in heaven.

Toyota would have had my business hands down, were it not for meeting with Amanda. She is incredibly personable, professional and well versed in the vehicles she is representing. Thank you & I look forward to a long, pleasurable relationship.

Addendum. Please make sure you have completed everything prior to posting your review. Michael had me log in and create this post while my new car was being cleaned and I was setting at his desk . Two hours later I was told that my tint had been cut and they would need to fix that and 4 hours later I was told my car was ready to pick up. The tint was taken off and not replaced. He never told me any of this, instead I had to call him and ask him about it and His answer to that was well you didn t pay extra for the tint Very disappointed in how I was treated. Being up front and honest is a trait he said he had but I can see now it s anything to make a buck!

Went to Shreveport earlier this week looking for a new car. After one bad experience with a very pushy salesman, I ended up at Holmes Honda. One of the first faces I saw was that of John Young. He helped me through the entire car buying process. Even though the dealership did not have the exact car I wanted on site, John was willing to drive out of state that night and get it for me. I ve been a Holmes Honda customer for 8 years. Prior to becoming their customer, I had shopped around at other places but I was very dissatisfied. The customer service was terrible. I thought this was just the nature of shopping for a car...until I walked into Holmes Honda in Shreveport. Since day one, every time I walk into that dealership, I feel like they roll out the red carpet for me. Within seconds I m greeted with bright smiling faces of every employee that walks past. The cherry on top is that Honda vehicles are absolutely wonderful. From the time Jason Norman became my salesman, he always went over & above. He s such an amazing salesman, they promoted him. My new salesman, Jacob Kilpatrick, was trained by Mr. Norman. Low and behold, he was equally fabulous. The two of them working together are truly a dynamic duo. Many many thanks guys for continuing to make me feel like a Honda celebrity!

Should 60,000 mile service maintenance cost $1000? No, it shouldn't. $500 for a couple of hours of labor? Seriously, DO NOT go here. Yes the staff is friendly. But for what they charge you should be getting champagne, caviar, and a massage while you wait for your car. Some free water and wi-fi is not enough.

It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I was little worried going into it but Kameron Kennon put my worries at ease.
