After buying cars from another dealership since 2004, we bought our first Honda at the end of last year from Holmes Honda. Today was the first oil change for my Honda Pilot. I was super impressed by the service department! Zach Reid the service writer, was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and over all one of the best I ve ever had pleasure dealing with. My experiences with my past dealership and their service department had left me despising visits to the repair department.
Holmes Honda was IMPRESSIVE! From the moment I made my appointment till I drove out it was nothing short of enjoyable and I felt like I was the most important customer. Zach checked on me periodically, updated me on completion time and very professional. The Waiting Area was clean, comfortable and not cornered. They won me over with their sales team but secured a life long customer with there service department!
