It's a nightmare for selecting skylark. Putting your hard earned money in skylark is like committing suicide. Skylark got most number of cases in RERA for skylark Ithaca. They have delayed the construction for more than 3 years and not paid the pre emi promised to the customers for more than 2 years. If you ask them they will say to go to civil court. Worst Builder. Most of the customers have lost huge money. Dont believe them. Shameless people. God will punish them. All the 4 and 5 star reviews are fake.

The construction is of high quality, the design is efficient and impressive, and the open area is great. Do not buy skylark properties. They change clauses however they like once we decide to cancel the booking. Please do not go and get locked and do not recommend to anyone.

One of the worst builders in Bangalore. I have booked one unit in their project during pre-launch stage (Skylark Royaume). Post which , because of some financial commitments, i have to cancel the unit. The cancellation letter was given to them and they mentioned that refund would be done in 90 days. I am following up with them for last one year for the refund, their CRM team does not revert on e-mails, does not pick up calls and has zero commitment and professional level. I also happened to visit the site and saw the pathetic stage of progress of the project. Realised that it was a wise decision to cancel the unit.Please don't buy any project from skylark builders.
Skylark Arcadia is the best place for premier living. I bought a 3-bedroom villa in the property and I cannot thank my luck enough. The villas are beautifully constructed and have high-quality fittings. The area is secure, clean and very relaxing. It features a beautiful garden, clubhouse and play areas
The Ulsoor Road side of Yellappa Garden is home to head/ branch offices of some of Bangalore's well-known Real Estate firms & Property developers. Apart from Skylark Mansions Pvt Ltd, you'll find offices of Ozone Group, Nitesh Estates and Purvankara located here. Skylark Chambers, is the head office of Skylark Mansions Pvt Ltd. Skylark Chambers, a two-story building, is near Bharat Earth Movers Ltd.'s (BEML's) guest house, at one corner of a quadrangle that begins a little off Ulsoor Road. Top management of Skylark Mansions, including the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) have their offices in this building. There is no public parking place near Skylark Chambers. If you go in your 4-wheeler you'll find it very tough to park it. Skylark has a tiny parking space (a sector of the pathway inside the quardangle between the tarred road that runs all around and compound walls of buildings located on its perimeter, just outside Skylark). It will accommodate one 4-wheeler and about 7 two-wheelers at a time, but this space is usually full. The rest of the road that runs inside the quadrangle has unfriendly "NO PARKING" signs almost everywhere. There are more than 700 buyers like me affected by this company and paying the home loans without any guarantee of our home. Had booked a 2bhk in the month of June/July 2018 paying full booking amount, However due to a unfortunate death in the family, had to cancel the booking. Till date I have not received my amount back. Have made multiple follow-up via phone, email and visited the office. They did not even return my money when it was required the most for a genuine need. At office, they said that they did not have funds and are just postponing my refund till date. Had thought that Skylark was a good brand, however it turned out to be the other way.... Be Cautious.

There is no response from them for skylark Ithaca. Lot of people losing money and running to courts. They dont even respond to mails or phone calls. They dont understand the pressure what the customers go through for paying pre emis. Most of them are middle class people. Non delivery of Skylark Ithaca project has brought the skylark brand down. They should think about those customers and resolve it asap.
We were sure about living in Skylark Dasos once we realized how great the apartments were, and how the campus was well-maintained and amply featured. The amenities are all world class, and the safe outdoors give kids sufficient space to play. The construction is also fantastic. Overall, a good place to live.
Skylark Arcadia is built in a location that is peaceful and well-connected to the city. The compound is safe and clean, and the houses are spacious and built with quality materials. The neighbours are good and decent people. The overall experience of living here is 10/10
