It's a nightmare for selecting skylark. Putting your hard earned money in skylark is like committing suicide.
Skylark got most number of cases in RERA for skylark Ithaca.
They have delayed the construction for more than 3 years and not paid the pre emi promised to the customers for more than 2 years.
If you ask them they will say to go to civil court. Worst Builder. Most of the customers have lost huge money.
Dont believe them. Shameless people. God will punish them.
All the 4 and 5 star reviews are fake.

The service they provide is good but fairly on time. The amenities are top-notch without a doubt, and they do uphold their promises of providing 80% open spaces.

Skylark mansion is an excellent company that strives to fully satisfy. This was the only company that truly listened to my desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. They have a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of employees. The end was everything and more than I was hoping for. While they were not the cheapest prices, the cost is worth it in the end. Our Apartment in Skylark Ithaca is undoubtedly the best address I would have hoped for my family. The construction is of high quality, the design is efficient and impressive, and the open area is great. Kids enjoy the park and society amenities, and we are highly satisfied with the security and maintenance of the compound.

Do not buy skylark properties. They change clauses however they like once we decide to cancel the booking. Please do not go and get locked and do not recommend to anyone.

I ve always been obsessed with going abroad but also didn t want to separate from my family and friends. That s when I found Skylark Arcadia. I can t wait to begin my new life.

The parking facilities as well the recreational facilities provided by Skylark are truly a class above the rest.

One of the worst builders in Bangalore. I have booked one unit in their project during pre-launch stage (Skylark Royaume). Post which , because of some financial commitments, i have to cancel the unit. The cancellation letter was given to them and they mentioned that refund would be done in 90 days. I am following up with them for last one year for the refund, their CRM team does not revert on e-mails, does not pick up calls and has zero commitment and professional level. I also happened to visit the site and saw the pathetic stage of progress of the project. Realised that it was a wise decision to cancel the unit.Please don't buy any project from skylark builders.

Skylark Arcadia is the best place for premier living. I bought a 3-bedroom villa in the property and I cannot thank my luck enough. The villas are beautifully constructed and have high-quality fittings. The area is secure, clean and very relaxing. It features a beautiful garden, clubhouse and play areas

The Ulsoor Road side of Yellappa Garden is home to head/ branch offices of some of Bangalore's well-known Real Estate firms & Property developers. Apart from Skylark Mansions Pvt Ltd, you'll find offices of Ozone Group, Nitesh Estates and Purvankara located here. Skylark Chambers, is the head office of Skylark Mansions Pvt Ltd. Skylark Chambers, a two-story building, is near Bharat Earth Movers Ltd.'s (BEML's) guest house, at one corner of a quadrangle that begins a little off Ulsoor Road. Top management of Skylark Mansions, including the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) have their offices in this building. There is no public parking place near Skylark Chambers. If you go in your 4-wheeler you'll find it very tough to park it. Skylark has a tiny parking space (a sector of the pathway inside the quardangle between the tarred road that runs all around and compound walls of buildings located on its perimeter, just outside Skylark). It will accommodate one 4-wheeler and about 7 two-wheelers at a time, but this space is usually full. The rest of the road that runs inside the quadrangle has unfriendly "NO PARKING" signs almost everywhere. My previous apartment home in Bengaluru was suffocating. But, in Skylark Esta, life is as good as it gets. The building is rich with all amenities and the compound features a large sports area and children s play park. Finally, I found an apartment where my family can spend quality outdoor time.

No proper reception for the visitors front office although looks experienced they lack customer relations or service.

The compound has dedicated security and maintenance staff. It is kept clean and the recreational activity areas are well-equipped and well-maintained. The residents are also very nice. I was looking for a premier address for my family, and the services and facilities make living here a great decision

We ve just booked a 2.5 BHK apartment in Skylark Ithaca. Since we have kids, the project looked great as it features large outdoor area and secure campus. While looking for a new place, our focus was more on efficient design instead of large floor area. Ithaca s flats are designed just the right way for a family s requirements, so we feel great with our decision.

Skylark have really established themselves as one of the best developers in the country by their ability to innovate and also their vast experience which spans for over 2 decades.

Skylark Ithaca is Whitefield s new perfect residential address. The compound is expected to have latest amenities, great green landscapes, dependable construction and secured premises. The project is still ongoing, but I and my wife are considering booking a 2 BHK to move in.

I booked a flat in Skylark Ithaca in 2016 & supposed to be completed by Mar 2017. But i am still waiting for the construction to complete. There are more than 700 buyers like me affected by this company and paying the home loans without any guarantee of our home. The company has cheated the buyers with false promises until now and all the buyers are suffering with all the legal proceedings.

Number one fraudsters. I booked a flat in the Skylark Dasos project during the pre launch stage. They kept delaying the launch of the project and hence I cancelled my booking. It has been almost 2 years and there is no trace of the money back. If you want to be scammed please go to this developer.

Had booked a 2bhk in the month of June/July 2018 paying full booking amount, However due to a unfortunate death in the family, had to cancel the booking. Till date I have not received my amount back. Have made multiple follow-up via phone, email and visited the office. They did not even return my money when it was required the most for a genuine need.
At office, they said that they did not have funds and are just postponing my refund till date. Had thought that Skylark was a good brand, however it turned out to be the other way.... Be Cautious.

I would love to buy a home in Skylark Ithaca. The project is situated in a very nice locality and it is well-constructed. The compound is secure, green and very beautiful. It features many recreational activities including gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, indoor and outdoor sports areas etc.

Royaume by Skylark is definitely a great upcoming residential project. We just went to explore the campus, and the construction looks great and well-designed. The amenities also make it a great place to live. While we haven t made a decision yet, we are definitely considering making Royaume our new address.

I am a proud owner of skylark dasos,i bought a 2bhk for investment purpose,this project is in hennur road ,i see lot of growth happening in that area ,like nimhans research centre of 30acres ,wide 100ft road,i got it in a very reasonable price as compared to other projects ,i suggest you people to have a look into skylark .

There is no response from them for skylark Ithaca. Lot of people losing money and running to courts. They dont even respond to mails or phone calls. They dont understand the pressure what the customers go through for paying pre emis. Most of them are middle class people.
Non delivery of Skylark Ithaca project has brought the skylark brand down. They should think about those customers and resolve it asap.

We were sure about living in Skylark Dasos once we realized how great the apartments were, and how the campus was well-maintained and amply featured. The amenities are all world class, and the safe outdoors give kids sufficient space to play. The construction is also fantastic. Overall, a good place to live.

Skylark Arcadia is built in a location that is peaceful and well-connected to the city. The compound is safe and clean, and the houses are spacious and built with quality materials. The neighbours are good and decent people. The overall experience of living here is 10/10
