Jason Porterfield was recommended to me by a friend & he was very professional, had a great personality, and got me a great deal on the car. He was very personable & made this a pleasant experience. Also, Cody crowder, the sales mananger was so nice & really worked with me to get me in the car I wanted. I appreciate both of them being patient with me since it took a few days for me to decide exactly what I was going to get. This was a very easy and painless experience. Staff was nice, friendly to myself, my mother and Sister. We didn't see eye to eye on the trade in. We went to the Bossier Store and it was worse. The salesman had given me the wrong information regarding the warranty. I didn't like that the manager who was looking at the car was calling the salesman and discussing what one store offered, then blame it on the door that needed wd 40. Over all, God Always Work Everything Out For The Good. He Never Fail.

I love doing business with Holmes!! I have just purchased my 2nd Honda Accord from Holmes and most recently worked with Zach Parnell. He made everything very easy for me. The hassle of buying a car flew out of the window while working with Zach. Building rapport was effortless with Zach. I really needed a truck so Greg Micotto (fantastic person btw) from Holmes Mercedes introduced me to their Honda dealers. I really had a great experience at Holmes Honda. My salesman Maximilian was very patient with me, while I looked at a couple of cars. I finally knew the Honda Civic would be the one! I really appreciated Max being so patient with me, and made my experience so easy and haggle free. I will spread the word to about him being knowledgeable and easy to make a deal with worth the while!

I went looking to purchase a new Honda Insight Touring. The sales rep that I was paired with was Preston Langley. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle despite it having just been released a couple weeks ago. Preston located the vehicle in the trim and color that I wanted very quickly and he also is incredibly timely with his responses to your questions and anything he might need from you. Even after I purchased the vehicle Preston will occasionally contact me just to make sure I am satisfied with my purchase and don't have any questions. Also, Honda just has a ton of add-ons such as free nic and ding repair, washes, and some kinda of compound that keeps your paint looking brand new. I believe that's all up to 5 years.

We just purchased a 2017 Honda CRV recently. Our salesman, Seth Pitre,
was great. He walked us through all of the new features and answered a multitude of questions that we had. He called us later and asked if we had any question which we did. He answered each and everyone to our satisfaction. His friendliness and professionalism was very much appreciated.

I just purchased a Honda Civic Touring Sedan this week and I couldn't be more pleased with my car! The best part of my whole experience is my sales rep, Tara Woods. I've now had three Hondas and I will never buy anything else. Holmes has the best service department anywhere. Always on time and willing to do whatever needs to be done to get me too n my way. I when in to get my car serviced and they took care of me in no time! Everyone was super friendly and I actually made a few new friends. While waiting I got to check out the NEW Civic, which are awesome! When all was said and done I got may car serviced without all the crazy haggling you get from most service guys trying to sale you on things you don't need. They were strait to the point and that is what I like in a service adviser. See you again at my next 5000 miles.

Ok so when I went here I had a specific number in mind that I wanted to spend right... That number was affordable for the Accord 1.5 turbo sport. Well once I drove the 2.5 I knew that was the car for me but it exceeded my what I wanted to spend. Sooooo my guy Kam explained leasing options to me thru and thru. I mean he answered and explained every question I had in full detail which really eased my mind being that this car is more expensive than the 1.5. I can be hard to push but he really opened me up to leasing because at the end there are so many reasonable options. He made this experience so smooth and I didnt have that," why did I buy that feeling the next day lol!" I feel really good about the decision I made to lease the more expensive Accord 2.5 turbo. I have absolutely NO regrets!!! Thanks for everything Kam you're the best!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Holmes Honda last weekend. My husband and I pulled up and was immediately welcomed by our SWEET sales lady, Rhonda Ingram! I went in to see if i was able to get a car Kam Kennon and Mr.P did everything in their power to make sure I was able to drive off with a new car that day. This was honestly the BEST car buying experience I've ever had! The entire staff was amazing. The young lady, Malayne, helped set us up with Bo Free who helped my husband and I get into a brand new Honda CR-V! Bo was great. He was personable, honest, and so helpful. I recommend this service department to any Honda owner. I live in Alexandria and I've been dealing with the Honda place here for over a year and half trying to find out why my truck would shift hard in different gears. The only way the service department in Alexandria would check it or fix it, is it would have to code out. My truck would never code out it would just drive rough. Mr. Perry Parker said bring it up there and they would do whatever it took to find out what was wrong. Within 2 days my truck was fixed it was the torque converter. He was so nice he sent us back with a brand new Honda CRV to drive till my truck was fixed. This is 5 star service department.

The best thing I did was make that turn into Holmes Honda. I was nervous about starting the process by myself, but my sales consultant, Mr. Larry Lister... Actually made buying a vehicle a pleasurable experience. I did not feel pressured and he was eager to listen to me. To me, that was most important.. It was as if he was working for me, doing what he could do, to make buying the vehicle a great experience. Larry Lister, was able to work the deal knowing what I wanted and he made it happen. Meeting Larry Lister was not by accident, by devine apppointment, The Lord, knew he would be the one who would do what was best for me and not take advantage of me during this process. To know he has faith, he does the right thing. He was a reminder that there are good people that do good things. Hey Larry, remember WWJD? I was looking to get a used car. I offered $5000 cash and a $500 trade in on a car that was $7200 and they didn't budge. Instead they tried to get me in the Door so they could try to sell me a car I didn't want in that price range. That's what they do, once you walk in they won't let you leave emty handed, they'll try their best in to talking you into something you don't want and that's how the win you over. To me that's a dirty way of doing business!

dealership is nice, but not very happy with the customer service that was received from Edwards salesman. Nice guy at first but was kinda rude if you decide to have some time to think. I end up going to Toyota afterward just because of Edwards. Suggestion: need to stick to good customer service and stick to the commitments as promised.

My very first experience with a car dealership was horrible and I was very discouraged when I left to the point where I didn't want to try again. From the moment I walked into Holmes Honda and received such great hospitality, I knew this time would be different. Special thanks to Mr. Jason Norman for making my second experience professional and smooth. I was able to drive away from Holmes Honda in a brand new vehicle and a great experience.

UPDATE: Several weeks ago I received a call saying that my experience would be investigated in order to ensure we are treated properly. During the call, I explained in detail our experience and then proceeded to provide my girlfriend's phone number for them to speak to her directly about her portion of the experience with her car. This was the last we heard about the situation. They never called her. We never got another call. They never followed up for more information...it was basically a token, "Hey we're looking into it, " gesture that was apparently hollow. FURTHERMORE we are now sitting in Nebraska (the state my girlfriend had asked to get the car registered in) trying to get her registration renewed and we have now found out that the car has not been registered or even titled. There is no title in the national registry. Six months have now gone by and we have been unknowingly driving an untitled, unregistered vehicle. This is absolutely unacceptable.

The car buying experience here has been an absolute nightmare. Mostly because it seems that the finance department or some part of the leadership team there just does not have it together.

My girlfriend and I both went through Holmes to purchase new vehicles. One being a purchase while the other was a lease. Eddie (who was the only part of our experience that was positive. THANKS, EDDIE, YOU WERE AWESOME) got us into the cars we were looking for with no issue and helped us get things lined up. However, both of us are military and out of state, and so we both ran into extensive issues with licensing our vehicles. The finance team was seemingly unfamiliar with out of state licensing procedures as we were told a multitude of different stories on how our purchase would work.

First was the purchased vehicle, which was to be licensed out of state. Incorrect numbers were quoted for taxes and tags, procedures were missed, and we ended up needing to write a check to cover a difference in numbers that was not accounted for on any version of our agreement. And let me make this clear... This was AFTER the paperwork had been signed and the purchase completed. We were now expected to pay close to $1300 extra due to a mistake that Holmes made. This news came to us on the day that I was then setting up a lease on the second vehicle.

The lease was an even larger issue. I was told that I could register my vehicle in my home state, and then when it came down to doing the paperwork, suddenly it was a different answer, and now had a higher payment than expected and was forced to register in a different state.

Registering the vehicles was a whole different ordeal. One vehicle took nearly 4 months for the registration papers to go through, for which reason we had no idea. We had to travel back to the dealership to retrieve a second temporary tag (a trip that is not short for us). The second vehicle (which required brand new tags) did not have it's paperwork pushed until the day before the tag expired, prompted by a call made by me asking exactly why I hadn't received the tag in the mail yet (and I had to travel there the next day to retrieve then).

Purchasing from Holmes was NOT a stress free experience. Their salesman, Eddie, has so far been our only positive experience with the dealership. If you value your time and the price you actually agree to, I would recommend shopping elsewhere. Having worked in sales at a dealership before, and routinely worked with our finance and licensing department to learn the process, I still cannot believe how many mistakes were made between our two vehicles.

My salesman was Stephen Bryan and he was with me every step of the process. The vehicle we wanted to purchase was getting worked on at the local Ford dealership and he went out of his way to contact the dealership so that he could drive us up to see it. Stephen is definitely one of the best salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Our experience was great and he made sure we got what we wanted with the budget we had. This man was like Houdini seriously. Thank you Stephen and the Wonderful team at Holmes Honda you all went out of your way to make our experience one we will never forget.

The staff here is always extremely helpful when you're looking for a new car. There are free drinks inside for those browsing, and the dealers are very approachable.

I bought my wife a new HRV last week and I cant say enough about how great our experience was. Our salespersons were Kam Kennon and Josh Mayfield. They were absolutely great and I really enjoyed dealing with them. The dealership didn't have the color my wife wanted, so they found one for us and went and got it the next day. To top it off, when we went to pick up the car they had found us an even better interest rate and re-did the loan! I highly recommend buying from Holmes Honda.
