Updating with new info since my previous review... got a certified preowned odyssey yesterday, and it was a great experience. John Young followed up with me over the past few weeks as I was making my decision (I forst came in early August ) and let me know about additional vehicles that might work for me. Never pushy, very helpful with followup questions I had before deciding. He gave me a very fair price, and at my request added a trailer hitch, so the van has all the features I need without me having to take it in to get done. Went above and beyond to handle it all and be sure I was happy with my van. Even brought the van to me at my home in the rainstorm. Also Eugene in financing was very professional and patient with dealing with my bank financing and out of state title, extra trouble I know for him but he made it smooth and easy for me. Very pleased with the whole process.
