Jonathan Ougel went the extra mile. He drove 2 hours to give me a ride to the dealership after my previous vehicle was totalled in an accident. He was patient, respectful and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the products and made sure I was satisfied before I left. The overall experience was pleasant and I would feel comfortable shopping there again.
