Previously had 2007 Honda Civic in for B1 service, quoted estimate for job. Chase came back and advised what it needed in addition to the rear shocks were leaking and would be repairing them under service warranty, Always very pleased with the way that Chase takes care of me. Also brought Christiopher 2011 Crv in for 2 oil change, unfortunately did not have an appointment ,but that was not an issue , was in and out within about 45 minutes. Great service Chase ONCE AGAIN.....

Very clean. 5-7 employees said hello or waived. Service underwriters very friendly. Only thing is I feel anytime I go to a dealership I m being upsold. I was told my battery didn t pass a charge test. I ve put 3 batteries in our Honda van. I ve switched my inside lights to off to make sure kids don t leave lights on to burn the battery. Service writer did mention some things to keep an eye on for me which is good customer service. I do feel when car shopping at Honda dealerships the sales folks boast about their vehicles durability but when I go to get service on their vehicle all kind of issues come up. Overall great customer service and very friendly and welcoming but trying to up-sell can come across as a little too much.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Honda in Shreveport. I did my research beforehand, and I loved the reviews and perks that came with the Honda Cr-V. I was immediately impressed with my car salesman Max Kolarov. He was very informative and punctual, and he made the car buying experience very smooth. He worked very well with the awesome finance manager, Seth Pitre, to get me a good deal. I would recommend Honda in Shreveport to anyone in need of a new vehicle. I love my Cr-V Ex-L; it drives so smooth, and has so many great features for convenience and for safety. The Service Advisor's are great as well! Tyler made sure I left there a happy and satisfied customer. When it comes times for me to buy another vehicle down the road, I will definitely be returning to Honda! I recently came into Holmes Honda for my maintenance autobutler service and decided to search the lot for the new Honda Ridgeline. I was a little interested but not certain if I was ready on trading up to a newer vehicle, but I've been having my eyes on the 2017 Ridgeline. I also was not certain if I wanted to be dealing with a pushy salesman at this time. Salesman, John Young walked up to me with a warm smile/handshake. He was friendly, professional, and not your typical pushy salesman who gives you a sense of urgency to buy now. He was sincere in his desire to find out what I was interested in driving. He was knowledgeable about the Ridgeline's specs and made the test drive easy. He was more than happy to generate a price quote for me without any pressure to buy now. My experience there was a comfortable one that didn't leave me with any negative afterthoughts. I'm glad to do business with John Young and Holmes Honda.

I have owned two Honda's in the last ten years and I will never own anything else for my primary vehicle! Zach Parnell was my salesman and he made our buying experience a breeze. We were in and out in less than 3 hours he did not drag it out all day nor go back and forth dealing. He gave us the best deal he could possibly offer on the first go around!!! I am very grateful for that because I do not like to be haggled by a salesman when I know what I want. Zach has also been extremely helpful even after we bought the car! Tried to make a deal on a new Ridgeline. Lowballed me on my trade. I went to a different Honda dealer and they offered me $2000 more on my trade and the same deal on the Ridgeline. Everyone at Holmes was nice enough. Obviously, I'd be all smiles too if I was fixing to make an extra $2000 on a deal. Not the first time I've tried and failed to make a deal with this dealership. Seriously folks, shop around and compare. Don't just accept whatever they offer. It might just save you $2000.

I have never experienced such professionalism and customer service like this in my life, they really stick by their slogan "Making it Easy". This weekend I went out of town and while out enjoying my day, all the lights came on in my car. I didn't know what to do being so far from home. Went in to test drive a couple of different cars to figure out which one my wife would enjoy. Talked with Ronnie Adams and he showed us a couple of different options and helped us along the way. There was no pressure and he was willing to help and do everything he could in order to serve us. We opted for a new honda accord and was able to secure a very good deal as well as finance it there as well. Couldnt have asked for a better sales person that was patient and understanding as well. Would highly recommend Ronnie Adams if you are ever in need. He is the man to see!

First, to be fair, the staff are very friendly and greet you when you arrive. I bought a 17 Civic EX coupe from them new and the salesman moved heaven and earth to get the deal done. I was very happy......WAS. My wife and I recently tried to trade my 19 GMC truck for another Civic, an Si coupe this time. A lot of nagative equity on my trade was my one big hurdle and I had no money to put down. I TOLD THIS UP FRONT my salesman, I even told the very same thing to the lady that set up my appointment. My wife and I drove over 70 miles to try and "negotiate" a trade. The payments were perfectly where I wanted them, but.....oh...wait....the salesman literally told me that that was with at least $3,000 down! I TOLD THEM AHEAD OF TIME that I had no money for a down payment! When I bought the car back in 17 this was not a problem, nor was the negative equity. Did they try to get me more for my trade, or did they see if we could do the deal with no money down?! NO, nothing........just a speech telling me how the negative equity was a factor. Strange, I could have sworn I TOLD THEM THIS UP FRONT! Back in 17, the salesman tried literally everything to earn our business and after 3 times, he got more for my trade and a deal was made. I was happy and said I would be back to deal with them. After the "this is what it will be, that's it" I got this time, I will never set foot in their building again! NO effort was made to get me more for my trade or try to get the deal done.....ZERO effort. After a 70 mile trip, they can keep the car and I will tell everyone how they didn't try one time to get more for my trade or even try to make a deal. Chevrolet and Nissan dealerships have worked their rear ends off trying to help me. They TRY at least. Never again.

I enjoyed working with Serh Pitre. He was very knowledgeable and informative on the vehicle we chose. He was willing to go the extra mile to try and get what we asked for. Even after our purchase he continues to check and make sure we do not have any questions about any of the features, etc. I would recommend Seth to anyone that is wanting to purchase their next vehicle! I went into the dealership after seeing a car posted on line that had the features I was interested in. When my friend and I walked up the door was opened by Jonathan Ougel who greeted us warmly and offered us coffee or cocoa. I just purchased our 3rd vehicle from this dealership, and I know I will be very satisfied with everything. My sales person was James Glassy, and I highly recommend him to anyone interested in shopping here. He is very patient, thorough and knows his vehicles well. James communicates very well, and was much help throughout my decision process. We have always been very pleased with the quality of the service department, and our vehicles have always been returned to us in a very reasonable amount of time, and we have never had to make a second trip for the same issue - which we have had very few of because Honda's are such great quality vehicles. This was my first Honda. I was coming out of Bankruptcy and had been driving my other car for 7 1/2 years, hoping and praying that it would last me until I could get discharged. I went into Holmes Honda when I got something in the mail that I thought was my discharge papers ( it turned out that it wasnt ). I got to drive the Honda Civic Coupe and immediately fell in love with it. My heart was broken when I found out that it would be another month before I could buy the car. My salesman, Charles Powell, was wonderful. He was very sensitive to my situation with the bankruptcy. He was very reassuring that he would take care of everything as soon as I got my discharge papers. A little less than a month later, I did receive the papers and I called Mr. Powell up and he was ready for me. From the sales people to the finance people, Holmes Honda has been absolutely wonderful. Even when I was having trouble from the finance company of my old car not wanting to send the title, everyone at Holmes Honda was wonderful at making it happen for me. I drove out of Holmes Honda in my brand new 2013 Black Honda Civic EX Coupe. I have had so many compliments on my car already, and now, as promised, it is back at Honda for the detail and to put leather interior in it at my request. I dont think I have ever had a " car buying experience " that was as nice as it has been dealing with Honda. I am a very satisfied customer!!!! Thanks Charles!!!!

Holmes Honda turned a horrible experience into a wonderful one. Bought a used Chevy equinox through a salesman that is no longer there. Had multiple issues with the way business was conducted and the vehical itself. After writing a review on how dissatisfied I was with the entire deal, the GM Mark Johnson got in contact with me to try and make things right. They put my equinox in the shop and gave me a loaner 2014 Honda accord sport to drive in the meantime. Needless to say, I fell in love with the car and wanted to trade my equinox in for one. They went above and beyond to help make sure this happened and the transition was as smooth as possible. I greatly appreciated that. Jason Sims was very good to me. And salesman Eddie Metcaf was wonderful also. Took the time to go over the functions of my brand new 2014 Honda Accord sport, introduce me to me sevice team. & made sure I left that place with a smile on my face. Thank you so much for making my 2nd experience so wonderful. Love my new Accord and will be back to buy my next vehical there and would recommend them to anyone.

Zach Parnell SOLD me on HONDA and made my life easy. I told him what kind of production I needed out of a vehicle and he gave me a list of cars that would suit my needs. He even broke down which cars would be best for me. Excellent salesman! I eventually chose the car I wanted. I was very specific about how I how i wanted the car to look and very particular about the options my new car should come with: safe, fuel efficient, navigation, and bluetooth. He made it happen. The next day!!! A brand new 2012 Civic EX. I couldnt be more satisfied with the expert advice and sincerity he showed. I have the perfect vehicle. Zach Parnell still checks in on me from time to time making sure everything is no less than perfect. He also has introduced me to the CR-V when he heard we are expecting a child. That will be my next purchase. I want to deal with one and only one person, and that is Zach Parnell.. 11 out of 10!

Be aware of shady salesman. A guy named Bo put me in a car several years ago that I am so far upside down on, I have paid more in interest than towards the car. I would definitely pay attention to the false misguiding.
