Ronnie Adams was my salesperson. It was the best experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. No pressure, just great service and he had an extremely amount of knowledge for every vehicle on that lot. After I had decided on my Honda accord sport, he went through every detail and every button on the interior of the vehicle and explained everything to me in detail. That meant a lot to me because I had no idea what all of those buttons were for.
Ronnie also remained in contact with me for several weeks after the sale to make sure that I was still very pleased with my Honda. And of course, I am extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase. It has been an excellent car and I have been on road trips and the gas mileage is incredible.
But going back to the sale, Ronnie treated me as though I was the only person in the room. He made sure that I was very comfortable by offering me coffee, cokes or any refreshments that they had inside the lobby. Everywhere that I looked around in the lobby I saw nothing but smiles. The smiles were from the salespersons as well as the new car buyers. I could tell that everyone was having a very pleasant experience. So if you are considering buying a new Honda, Holmes Honda is the place to go. But you must ask for Ronnie Adams to be your salesperson. He will spoil you from the first time that he shakes your hand and try his very hardest to make you the best deal possible. And that's exactly what he did for me. If there were 10 stars available, I would rate Ronnie Adams with all 10 stars. He was very courteous, professional and personable. All together, it was just an awesome experience. I wouldn't think twice about going back there for another purchase. At the very least, just go and look around and meet Ronnie. He's a very cool guy. And also he is hassle and pressure free. I promise you will not be sorry.
