I have been bringing my 2009 Honda to you guys for service since I bought it. Great service and work. Have had a few very good service writers that helped. Last few month have had the pleasure meeting Nathan Bennett. He is courteous, professional and knows Honda's. Plus explains what needs to be done and how they can help. Thanks, Nathan. Had the check engine light come on yesterday. Called the service dept, spoke with Nathan. It was after 18:00, He said come on by and will take a look at it. He checked the codes and next thing I am heading home in time to watch LSU and Clemson. Appreciate the hard work and expertise.

I live in Tennessee but found the car I wanted to purchase at this dealership in Georgia. Sons Honda made this process seamless for me! They had the vehicle ready for me prior to my arrival and explained all of the features prior to my test drive. Would definitely recommend them and their friendly, helpful staff!

Edward listened to what I was looking for, he was patient, professional and kind. I drove from Macon after work he waited for me, I never felt rushed. I arrived with my own financing with the intent to come back the next day with a check, the following morning he called me offering a substantially lower interest rate. I will make the drive in the future

I went to get a tire checked because it kept going flat and I didn t see a nail. When I first got there it didn t take long for a representative (Jessica) to assist me. Once my car was taken to the back Jessica updated me on what was found and what needed to be done. I gave the okay and I didn t even have to wait long before my car was ready.

My son took my 2015 Honda CR-V in for an oil change. He was provided an estimate of $47.48, which is more than we normally pay for the same oil change at other Honda dealerships in the area. The total, at checkout, somehow became $51.27. This is ridiculous for an oil change with no bells and whistles. I mean, we didn't even receive the multi-point inspection other dealers have given as an added value. No window cleaning, no car wash, no vacuum, no tire-pressure check, just an oil change. I will never take my vehicle to this dealership for future services. I'll drive into Atlanta first.

I brought my car to Sons Honda to have my squeaky brakes checked. After taking a look at my brakes, the technician said that my brakes and pads were fine and were not in need of changing at that time. Whenever I have taken my car to Sons, I have never had a bad experience with them.

The Honda CRV is by far the best vehicle I have ever purchased and Son's Honda in McDonough, GA exceeded my expectations! I have nothing but positive things to say about Genero (my sales rep.) and the Honda family working there. Genero was courteous, listened to what I was looking for, detail oriented, and great to work with. I started my search online with USAA and Son's Honda was prompt in contacting me and scheduling me to come in. The dealership was clean, organized, and had a customer oriented vibe to it. After each sale the dealership hits a gong and beeps a car horn and I thought that is an interesting touch. All the features I want and some I don't need :-) are on this car. I know based on car reviews and family members who own Honda's that I will have this beauty forever. Thanks Genero and at Son's Honda for being so awesome!!!!!

I truly appreciate my overall experience at McDonough Son's Honda. From the very beginning "Syn" took the initiative to maintain contact with me in order to assist with my possible car purchase. She ensured that she would be able to find a vehicle that fit my families needs, my wants and the desired budget. Despite being a little torn between a SUV and Sedan she provided both options and remained patient as I came to a decision. I cannot say THANK YOU enough Syn for all if your help and insisting that you are always a phone call away. I would definitely refer anyone interested in making a purchase to this location.

4 stars for stepahnie. I had bad visits before but she is awsome and knows answers to questions. Mark however gets the phone he is rude and can not answer anything. All I needed was a software update and Stephanie was very awesome. It has been 4 years since I have used them due to bad service and so i gave it a try. Sons needs to keep Mark off the phone period or "V" is how he answers sometimes. If I ask for anyone but him he says they are busy at lunch or not there but he could not help me at all. Is he a receptionist? I am right now on hold placed here by Mark or V or whoever he is for 20 minutes for Terry or Nathan.

Today I had the best car buying experience of my life with Geno aka G! I already had a deal in place at landmark for a Dodge Journey SE (base model). I had already been approved, the paperwork drawn up and all I had to do was go sign and pick it up. On my way up a advertisement showed up on my Facebook for Sons Honda with a Dodge Journey same color, and about the same mileage (only 20,000 miles) but with a MUCH more upgraded trim. It was GT and had upgrades such as heated leather seats, premium sound system, upgraded rims and bigger tires, a V6 engine instead of a 4L and many more. The price was higher by about 4 thousand but I figured I d stop and check it out since I was in the area. I absolutely loved it!! I told the salesman (G) I needed a price at or lower than what I already had negotiated at landmark, and he blew me away when he managed to get me a GREAT interest rate with zero down payment and monthly payments lower than what I asked for! In less than an hour he had everything all done including getting me a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty, extended manufacturer warranty, free service and oil changes for 2 years, gap insurance and roadside assistance(with rental coverage) ALL INCLUDED WITH THE PAYMENT STILL LESS THAN WHAT I HAD ASKED FOR! WOW!! Everyone was so incredibly nice and knowledgeable about everything I asked. They worked quickly and efficiently to get me the absolute best deal possible with zero pressure or hassle! I am now the proud owner of a Dodge Journey GT and I am still just so wowed at what amazing deal I got!! Thank you so much G YOU ROCK!!

My son bought a truck there, which we LOVED our sales rep Macy (who does not work there anymore thank God.) They approved him, got the deal then began to harass him for more documents needed. He brought three different proof of incomes there and they did not accept any. Resulting in us having to return the truck. Luckily our sales rep moved to another dealership and actually got him a better deal on a brand new vehicle and no hassle. Long story short, they shouldn t have approved his deal if they did not have everything they needed. We will never be back

I only went to the parts department to get a new fob and spare key for my 2005 Civic. Brian could not have been more helpful and reminded me of just one reason I always choose to drive a Honda. First he took an old key and programmed it to work instead of selling me a new key. I would never have know it could be done and he didn't charge me. Then he tried to make the old fob work, to no avail but he tried and again there would be no charge. That's Honda standing behind their product. When I bought a new fob, for less than indicated on the internet, Brian didn't hesitate to come out and program it for me. Great vehicles, friendly and efficient attention to a 15 year old car. . . Sans Honda will always have my business. That new car is just around the corner, well, when the wheels fall of this one. Ha.

I am a fan of Sons Honda! Even though I live in Lithonia and Conyers is closer, I drive to McDonough to Sons Honda to get my Honda Ridgeline serviced. The customer service is impeccable. Most recently, I pulled in the bay service area and a rep came to my truck immediately to take care of my reason for coming. I got a 5,000 mile service. It was done in a timely manner as well. My wait time was minimal. I had a nice, inviting area to sit in as I waited. The area was clean. The rep came to the service area to notify me when my truck was ready. They even washed it! I love Sons Honda. I won t go anywhere else. Visit Sons Honda for all of your luxury vehicle needs.

I had a hundred questions via text and he answered them all quickly and thoroughly. We were at to work out everything before I even went to the dealership. Derek in finance is great as well. I had a great experience purchasing my 2019 Honda Civic Sport from Sons Honda. I'm from Detroit so not purchasing one of the Big 3 (Chrysler, Ford, or GM) was hard for me to imagine. Edward Ridley really went over and beyond to give me a complete VIP experience. He showed me all kinds of cars new and used that would fit into my budget. He was knowledgeable and didn't pressure me, which I love. He gave me time to figure out what it was I wanted and needed and turns out I'm a Honda kind of girl!!

Had my daughter s new civic in for an oil change and paid for a premium wash!! Please don t waste your money! Crumbs still in the seats and the inside still had places all inside that were not clean! I m really disappointed about this because I love Sons Honda! I feel like I threw $30 away!! They even took the car back a second time and it was still not wiped down right! I plan to make another purchase in the next 6 months, maybe 2- disappointed today because my time and money is important too!!

Purchased a vehicle on 01/27/2018. I was already a big fan of the service department and can now say that the sales team is just as professional and pleasant to work with. My salesman was Sunny Rohra who I would suggest that you ask for by name when purchasing a new car. Sunny was upfront and honest about costs, no bait and switch, and no bamboozling with promises only for things to turn out costing more. Optional extras were explained fully so an informed decision could be made, and Sunny went the extra mile to make the deal work. Don't risk playing games with other dealers, just go to Sons and ask for Sunny.

Last week I stopped by the dealership to explore the options to buy or lease a car. I met Wellesley Mellish in the parking lot. I was pleasantly surprised with his approach to my situation. He showed me the different models of the car I was interested in. He was thorough in explaining all the features with each model while test-driving the car.
After purchasing, he took his time again to go over the features and setup them up for me for safe driving. This literally helped me a lot and made it easier to change them to my liking. Thanks to Wellesley, I am enjoying my new car and highly recommend him for his honesty, knowledge and expertise.

I work in HR so I know characteristic traits of a great employee.The amount of sincerity and respect we got him was humbling and surprising from a salesman . My mother is so happy. Very poor customer service and follow
up. Sales were great. But when there were problems on their end after the purchase, and I had questions, the customer service was terrible. They were rude and refused to help solve problems they created.
My temporary tag expires today. 2 days ago when i called they lied about having filed the paperwork in a timely manner. I just found out from the tag office that they didn't apply for the tag until yesterday, AFTER my complaints. This means I'll be driving around on an expired temporary tag. And it means that I spent my morning at the tag office because they didn't do their job correctly.

Went in on a Monday to get my tires checked as the Low Tire Pressures light kept coming on. They supposedly checked all tires and after I had to go check on the status, realized my car had been ready for over 30 minutes and no one said anything. In addition to that, they said nothing was wrong with any of the tires and possibly my sensor needed to be replaced. The warning came back on that Thursday. I took it in to be services this morning at a different dealership and they said there's a nail in one of my tires. I commute at least 60 miles to/from work each day and could've had a blow out. I'd stay away from this dealership. They don't seem to be attentive in customer service or basic service areas.

I received a coupon to get an 5qt synthetic oil change for $44.99, I had a 9am appointment and they were not ready for me when I arrived. After waiting til 9:15am I was told it would take 1hr. I test drove 2 vehicles and my car was ready at 10:30am. The Norcross office offers a car wash and I thought this location would do the same. After waiting over an hour, I was told the car wash was extra (only $4.95) but I had to request it when I dropped the vehicle off. If I requested it now it would be another 30 minutes. Ultimately it was an acceptable visit.

My car was recently totaled and my daughter car broke down with repairs costing more than it's worth. I purchased her a car back in October and I was scared Sons Honda wouldn't approve me for a vehicle. Joseph Headley was very helpful, pleasant and professional. I walked out of the dealership with a Honda CR-V! Not only did I get a wonderful Certified Pre-owned vehicle, it had low miles <5500 and my interest rate was way below what I expected! I will definitely choose Sons Honda again should I ever purchase another vehicle!
