I have been a Toyota owner for the past 12 years; previous to that I had a Toyota for 8 years. I have never had issues with my Toyota which is 12 years old, so, when the time came that I needed a bigger car for the grand babies and car seats (my car was a Solara); I immediately went to Toyota to purchase the Highlander. Keeping an open mind I was going to 'look' everywhere else as well. The salesperson @ the Toyota dealer was new on the job, could not answer my questions, had no idea where the keys were for more than 1 vehicle, etc. I left thinking I'd get a Highlander bu nott from him. A friend of mine owns a Pilot and loves it. So - I went to Holmes Honda after 'chatting' with Allen on line who set me up with Amanda LaClair.

Ms. LaClair is an outstanding representative for Honda. She is incredibly 'available' for you, answered all my questions and then some, very knowledgeable about the Pilot, the models, the differences, what I was looking for - just absolutely everything. Amanda knew the Pilot model up/down/in and out - no hesitation, just BAM - answer.
Love that! She also stayed in touch with me, working with me on the price, color, etc. I could not have imagined a better experience and the Pilot virtually sells itself. I drove it home Friday and I am in heaven.

Toyota would have had my business hands down, were it not for meeting with Amanda. She is incredibly personable, professional and well versed in the vehicles she is representing. Thank you & I look forward to a long, pleasurable relationship.
