I ve been a Holmes Honda customer for 8 years. Prior to becoming their customer, I had shopped around at other places but I was very dissatisfied. The customer service was terrible. I thought this was just the nature of shopping for a car...until I walked into Holmes Honda in Shreveport. Since day one, every time I walk into that dealership, I feel like they roll out the red carpet for me. Within seconds I m greeted with bright smiling faces of every employee that walks past. The cherry on top is that Honda vehicles are absolutely wonderful. From the time Jason Norman became my salesman, he always went over & above. He s such an amazing salesman, they promoted him. My new salesman, Jacob Kilpatrick, was trained by Mr. Norman. Low and behold, he was equally fabulous. The two of them working together are truly a dynamic duo. Many many thanks guys for continuing to make me feel like a Honda celebrity!
