Was searching for a nice, reliable car and it was my first time to look and negotiate all on my own. I was very nervous! When I walked in I was eased some by the smile and welcome of the receptionist. Then I met my sales representative, Preston and the anxiety dropped even more! He was so friendly and very easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable about the Honda product and explained things very well. When it came time to look at the money I felt my anxiety rise again, but it quickly subsided because I realized that there wasn't ANY pressure. Preston listened to what I had to say and what i needed in payment and took that to the sales manager. They both worked WITH me to get me the best deal possible. The finance paperwork went just as smooth and again was not high pressure. Johnny explained all my options and help me decide what was best all while staying within my payment range. All at Holmes Honda worked worked to give me a deal I could afford and I LOVE my CR-V!! I will definitely recommend Holmes and Preston to family and friends!

So....here's a funny story:
I bought my first home a few years ago and ended up having to move out of state and rent out the property. I had what I thought was a decent insurance agent taking care of me-well...lets just say that was NOT the case. After a branch fell and took out the electrical post to my house, I come to find out that my policy not only didn't cover it, but that my insurance agent was nowhere to be found! It cost me several thousand out of pocket and, needless to say, I have not been happy. Flash forward to this morning when I put out a request on FB for a good insurance agent in the area: I knew my little brother was working at Holmes Allstate helping customers get Auto Insurance coverage-what I didn't realize is that HE DOES IT ALL!! (Auto, Life, AND Home!) After we stopped laughing, he immediately reached out and got to work finding me the best coverage for the lowest price on my rental property. He broke down all of my options into concise and simple details, and absolutely made me feel at ease about the whole situation. This morning I was stressed out, anxious, overwhelmed and just plain MAD. This afternoon, I feel relieved and confident in the plan we established.
Y'all, this is my little brother. So I'm probably the most nit picky person for him to have to deal with, AND as my brother, he could have cut corners or put me off for another day, or even given me hell for not totally understanding all of this stuff-and let's face it, he probably owes me a little hell! But let me just say, I'm so proud of him and, frankly, blown away at how professional and precise he was! He treated me as he would any customer, answering my questions with patience and even humor! I upgraded to a newer Honda Pilot, Bo Free was my salesman--this was by far the most pleasant and easiest transaction with any car buying experience I've ever had. I found a vehicle that I liked on the lot on Sunday and did the majority of "negotiations" via text messages and phone calls, we were able to make a deal and all the paperwork was ready for my signature when I arrived yesterday. Bo was professional and personable, explaining everything in great detail ensuring I understood each step of the process; I appreciate his attention to detail and thoroughness. I also noticed he took great effort to help another sales person who was "shadowing" him; I will definitely work with Bo when I purchase my next Honda.

My husband, Brian, and I had been looking for a used truck online for a while and not finding anything good in our price range. So we decided to look at some dealerships for a good deal. Looked for a 2015 Acura TLX from Shreveport to Dallas. Had several unsuccessful and unpleasant interactions with multiple salespeople and dealerships along the way. Finally found what I was looking for at Holmes Honda on their website so I went in to check it out.

I was greeted by a friendly staff and paired with a salesman - Seth Pitre - who handled every aspect of my purchase. I told Seth what I wanted and he made sure I got exactly what I asked for - nothing more, nothing less. I say nothing more in a good way - I wasn't hounded to add various things or given that circular sales talk that makes us dread this process to begin with. Seth was extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle, as well as many others, and very professional from the time we shook hands to the minute I walked out the door. Even in the days following my purchase, Seth has reached out to make sure there wasn't anything else I needed.

My only regret from this entire experience is not starting out with Holmes Honda and Mr. Pitre to begin with! I'll soon be in the market to buy my wife a vehicle and I will absolutely give them the first chance to get my business. I highly recommend you do the same.

Typically, it doesn t take long for a Service Advisor to approach the car upon arrival at Holmes Honda on the loop. Today, I made an appointment for 12:45pm just for an oil change. Arrived and was not approached by anyone for 10 minutes and this was after I called customer service and they in turns spoke with Service Manager Brian. He then tells me I have to wait another 45 minutes for an oil change. Customer Service should be number one but if opening another dealership is going to drop your customer service you should ve stayed at one. I waited 2 hours for an oil change.

If you are looking to buy a great car at the best price then Holmes Honda is not the place to go!!! The salesman s intentional lie to get a sale. Be very careful because you may be buying a car with damage which they are willing to lie about. I talked with Cody who assured me the issues would be taken care of. The fixed the hail damage after telling there was none but called to fix all of the damage. Glue residue on back doors inside & out. I called for some upgrades which they charge more than the local dealership. When you save money with Holmes you are probably getting screwed. Never will set foot on that dealership again.

My husband and I had taken plenty of time and research when it came to purchasing a new car. However, we had hit a crossroad: my husband loved Toyotas and I grew up in a "Honda-only" family. I wanted our decision together to be fair and made without comprise either of our personal preference. After visiting a few dealerships, we decided to make a second trip back to Holmes Honda. When we arrived and started briefly looking over the lot. Matt Farren came out and helped us out in no time. He was so patient and very easy to talk to. My husband and I are young, married couple and other dealers we came into contact with treated us as if we were ignorant to the idea of buying a car. With Matt, it wasn't the case. He treated us with respect and gave us the quick specs over the vehicles we looked at. Also, he answered any questions we had for him. Lets just say, because of his respect for our tedious nature and his knowledge over Honda vehicles he won my husband over. He was so patient and even made sure we were certain on our decisions. Within the next few days, we purchased our new vehicle! Moreover, we are a military couple so we wanted to maintain our license plates with that of our domicile state. My salesman, Stephen Bryan, brought a van to my house for me to test drive in the rain because it was the only day I was off work. I loved the van but wanted a different color which he found for me. He delivered my new van to my home and walked me through all of the cool features. Since purchasing this vehicle, he is available and willing to help when I need to service my van offering pick up and drop off service. I could not be more pleased with the vehicle or the service. Recently purchased a car from Preston Langley, first experience. He was persistent and diligent in finding a car that fit my budget. He was honest with how my budget effected the range of cars that would be in my scope. After a few cars he was able to pull one straight from the wash and detail for me to see. In the process of getting everything together, he was always available through his cell, and always seemed ready to find the next car for me. UP DATE ON THIS PAST REVIEW. I decided this was just wrong for a business to conduct business in the manner. So I went back up to Holmes Honda and ask for Management. They sent Chase Johnson out to speak with me. He politely understood and did not think they policy was with in reason. He asked us to wait a few minutes and returned an apology and an offer to pick up the bill at 75 percent. with no labor charges. So I am happy with that and I have learned sometimes you just need to go to management. Management can not fix what they are not aware of. Chase Johnson you have brought back my business to Holmes Honda. Thanks!

No callback about my follow up on my car after explaining the mechanic seemed to hastle me with prices. Mechanic told me they couldn't take chip out of my old key to use that key to reprogram so i didnt have to buy a new one. (i personally took it out day before) and explained that to mechanic and all of a sudden, his words got stirred and said he meant it was against policy for them to change chips out. I went ahead and paid the extra $200 bc I needed my car back that day bc i work. Couple days later they did a follow up phone call, told Miss what had happened and that i would come back for more work in later future, if she followed back up with me (she was confused to when i said they had a "policy" against taking chips out.) She was very understanding, but now about one month later, still no call-back. Will continue to post reviews. There mechanics work off commission and will give you total bs to higher the price.

I have been servicing my Canadian vehicle (Honda Civic) for the past 3 years since moving here and have always experienced great service here. Recently, we had decided to trade in our vehicle for a newer one which can be a complicated process for Canadian vehicle owners.

However, our sales rep Scott Goldstein really went out of his way to make our experience amazing and avoid any inconveniences. He helped us avoid having to go to the DMV (we all know how much we hate waiting in line for that) and found us a way to complete the trade it in at the dealership itself. He was so knowledgeable with regards to any question we asked. He also made sure we were comfortable at all times and helped us make a great choice with the vehicle we ended up with now (Honda fit). At no point did we feel pressured into making a decision. He treated us just like a family member or friend would.

I would recommend him to anyone looking to shop for a new car, trade your vehicle in or lease a vehicle.

I like how they do have in house insurance agents. We were able to get a quote and get a policy on our new vehicle with ease all on the same day!

I brought my Honda CVR into the service department to determine the cause of a very strange issue. Reed Hodby took it back immediately, asked pertinent, knowlegable questions about the problems I had been experiencing, and then completely explained what had been found. He was calm, professional, and very helpful. I highly recommend rhe Holmes Honda Seevice Deptatmwnt and especially Reed Hodby.

The entire staff at Holmes Honda was awesome! From the moment we walked into the dealership we were treated exceptional! Our salesman Charles Powell went above and beyond to help us as well as the sales manager, Cody Crowder. Purchasing a vehicle is usually not an enjoyable experience however I must say we left the dealership satisfied that we made an exceptional deal and could not have asked to be treated any better! WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! We went in to buy our teenage daughter her first car and we treated like royalty! Cody Crowder and Kam were our sells men. We told them the price range we needed to stay within and they kept us there never trying to talk us or push us into more. All the cars we looked at were clean and well maintained. Cody also knew we were getting this car for our teenage daughter so he asked the shop to double check it for anything that might be wrong to insure we were buying a safe car for her.
