Sooooooooo terrible experience!!! Please don t believe these cheaters !!! I went to this store to do the 2 yr inspection several days ago, they told me that my tail light bulb was broken and need to be replaced, I agreed and they charged me $20 for the replacement. When I back to my home, I found that the broken bulb didn t belong to my car (see attachment) since I bought the tail light bulb and changed it before I went to the store, then I checked the bulb which they said they installed into my car, I found that one is exactly the one which I bought and changed it!!! They are cheater and only want to earn your money and never care honesty

Easy, comfortable place to buy a car. Our salesman Deitrich Phillips was a total joy throughout the process. Great customer service skills - listened to what we had to say, kept us where we wanted to be financially, understood who we were buying the car for, knew his inventory well, and never once showed us something that wasn't relevant. His terrific sense of humor affored us to use him as a test model to see if our 6'6" son would fit in the models of interest.
Cody Crowder explained everything we needed to know without a lot of nonsense, answered all of our questions to our satisfaction, and completed the process in a timely manner.

Unexpectedly, my car broke down and I had to get a new car. Joshua Manuel was the one who help me out. I don't know about the other salesmen, but I am definitely glad I ran into him first. He went over and beyond to help me find a car and I am very grateful. If I could rate more stars, I would. The next car I buy will definitely be from him.
I bought my civic here. Absolute worst salespeople ever. The parts prices are astronomical and they refuse to price match even with another honda dealer. Never let them detail your car. I've personally seen employees abuse vehicles. They chipped my paint when supposedly detailing my car and refused to repair it. I'd only had it two weeks. I will travel out of state before I let them touch my car and I'll never buy another car from them. I don't even let them change my oil. They will never get another penny out of me.
Best experience in car buying ever! We purchase a car every 2-3 years. This was the fastest, easiest and most convenient time spent with a salesman. No pressure or fast talk. He listened to our concerns and guided us toward a purchase that was perfect for our needs. He was a prefect gentleman. Easy to talk to while to papers were being processed. He demonstrated how to program our vehicle to fit or needs and preferred settings. Will Hall showed great skill as a salesman. Unlike any we have experienced before. The tenth day of January in the year 2015, was one filled with excitement, laughter, good cheer and A LOT of Swiss Miss. Mr. Eric was referred to us by a fellow colleague of his, Kalli. Upon our arrival we were greeted at the door by Mr. Eric, dressed in his snazzy tan suit. He immediately showed us to his desk, where we quickly selected three vehicles to demo. While Mr. Eric was acquiring each vehicle, he offered us an abundance of refreshments. Throughout the duration of each test drive, Mr. Eric was very informative and discussed the pros and cons of each vehicle with us. After narrowing our selection down to two vehicles, Mr. Eric was glad to arrange them for us, so that we were able to compare our choices side by side. Once we made our finale selection, Mr. Eric obtained additional information before he suggested we take the vehicle we chose to lunch. After returning to the dealership, we were please to find that Mr. Eric already had the purchase proposal prepared for us. The negotiation process was very quick and easy, Thanks to Mr. Kane, one the of Sales Managers. Mr. Eric was pleased to entertain us while the finance office prepared our documents. Once the documents were prepared, Mr. Eugene in finance, finalized everything in a timely manner. After additional services we opted for were preformed, Mr. Eric then had the vehicle detailed and filled with gas.
Everyone we came into contact with, from the receptionist, other salesmen, managers and even the young lady selling refreshments, had an exceptional attitude and were very courteous. To the management at Holmes Honda , I have to say that I'm very impressed with Tonya Taylor's help on the continued maintenance on my 2014 accord coupe and now 2015 civic si , she has been a great help since I bought the accord in 2014 from ya'll . Tonya has been able to help with any issue I've had with the car getting it in and out of the service dept as promised , she's handled my recall and getting my Lane departure warning reprogrammed for me after my windshield cracked and had to be replaced, just in time so I could drive the car out of town that evening , I wish my Bmw dealer service dept had her working in it as they couldn't even seem to find a replacement gas cap for my car , hope ya'll realize what a valued employee she is and could teach more service agents to be like her... I purchased a new Honda Accord Hybrid which was advertised all over the world to get 50 miles per gallon !!
I never got close to that and brought it back several times and when it became clear they could not fix the problem I asked them to take the car back.
They refused and I ended up having to go to Rountree Ford and buy an Eco Boost Ford Mustang which is Awesome and gets better mileage than the Accord a Hybrid Did!!
BUT in the process I lost over $10,000 due to having to trade such a new car !!!

Over the last few days my wife, kids and I have had an AMAZING experience with two of Holmes Honda s best, Adam and Cody! These fine gentlemen are top-notch! First, my family and I went to see a Honda Odyssey and Adam welcomed us as if we were already friends. Very personal, humble, and just seemed like an all around great guy. He took us on a test drive, entertained my kids, and even searched for a DVD so they could watch a movie while we drove. He throughly covered all the specs of the vehicle and my wife really appreciated this. I believe Cody is Adams Manager, and he came over and immediately introduced himself; he made me feel welcomed. He crunched multiple and different trade-in possibilities and I was also able to work with him over the phone and text, to include Adam. I really like that they both provided their cell phone # s, were responsive, and flexible. I know first hand they will go ABOVE and BEYOND for their clients. Here s the kicker, I ve provided this review without even closing on a deal yet; that s how impressed I am with these two fine gentlemen. Should be closing tomorrow! A huge shout out to Holmes Honda and Scott Goldstein for getting me into "That Cute Car on the showroom floor :)"!! I went to look at and drove something totally different than what i bought! My husband and i arrived 15 minutes before closing time, but Scott was very patient with me as i walked back and forth comparing 2 different cars. Then i just looked at him and said "I WANT THE ONE ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR!!" He said but you haven't even driven it! I said i don't need to, it whispers my name when i walk by it!! I worked at GM for 13 years, so getting me in something other than a GM product is tuff!! The friendly staff greeted us with smiles and didn't act like we were ALL CONTAGIOUS with the Coronavirus like at other businesses. This was the ABSOLUTE worst buying experience of my life!!! I have bought four new vehicles from Holmes Honda, and had come to expect an excellent level of service from them. I initially made contact with them in the middle of July, and was told that I would be give a 2.9% interest rate with 60 months term. When I got to finance the interest rate was nearly double, and the loan term was increased to 72 months. I mentioned the discrepancy to the finance manager, Edward. Who told me that he would check on the information, and contact me the next day. No one ever followed up with me, and so I had decided to keep my initial vehicle. My previous vehicle was only two years old, and was also purchased from Holmes Honda brand new.
Two weeks later, one of the sales managers called me and asked why I had changed my mind. I told him about the encounter in finance and he said he would check on it. He called me back and said that the 2.9 financing was only for the LX model, and so I agreed to move forward with the sale.
August 18, I purchased a brand new 18 CRV, finance through Honda finance. September 7, I had not heard anything from the finance company; and having bought and financed several vehicles previously I knew something was wrong. I called the bank, and they advised they had no information from the dealership. The bank called the dealership, and was told that all my paperwork with all my personal information had been lost. I went to the dealership, and was told that the paperwork with all my personal information had been sent to the wrong bank. I was told that the error had been corrected, and the deal would be completed within a FEW days.
September 19, I still had not heard anything from the bank, I called the bank and they advised they still had no information from the dealership. I went back to the dealership, and after a bit of a stall gave them back the vehicle and told them that this was the sloppiest buying experience I had EVER gone through. Mind you, I was 13 days away from my initial note being due, and wanted and needed to take care of this a long time ago.
Miraculously, the next day after returning the vehicle was funded! After 31 days of pure foolishness. I spoke to everyone up to the President, Mr. Mark Johnson, who was the rudest, most unprofessional, person I had EVER spoken with. I've gotten better service from the people at Canes buying a $6.00 box of chicken than I have gotten from Mark Johnson and Homes Honda.
Not to mention, they back dated my DMV registration to three weeks prior to ever doing business with me causing me to have a flag and penalty fee on my driver's license. Mr. Johnson stood behind the sloppy job that he and his dealership provided.
I will NEVER buy a vehicle from Holmes Honda again!!! I will share my experience with everyone I work with, all of my friends and family, and anyone else willing to listen.

I have a toyota and a honda. I get my toyota serviced at Yokem and they offer complimentary soft drinks, while Holmes Honda sells soft drinks.
Holmes Honda is anything spectacular about the service. The advisors are knowledgeable. and helpful, however their hands are tied.
Dealership pricing however is not competative.
My husband and I had a great experience at Holmes Honda. Bo was the salesman we worked with and he helped us find the perfect car for our growing family. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend working with him if you are in the market for a new car. I love my new 2017 Honda CR-V!
I don t know where to start! I came with my boyfriend to look for him a car and spotted a Honda Civic that I really wanted for myself, but was not even thinking I could get one! Thanks to my salesman, Quinton Davenport, I was able to get a brand new 2020 Honda Civic sport! And I love it! The staff was very polite and the process was pretty smooth. My experience overall was pretty awesome and I recommend that if you are looking for great service that you stop here first!

According to Tim Ferrell Assistant Service Manager, he has never seen a Mercedes Benz in his service bay. He told me to take it across the street for a Inspection sticker. He went on to say he didn't know anything about Mercedes. He was beyond rude. So my husband ask for Mark Johnson General sales manager. He walked up to my husband and shook his hand and totally ignored me the custermor and owner of the car. So I stood up and stuck my hand out and said I am just as important, his statement was well I thought y'all were together. I will never grace the doors of HOLMES HONDA. Stephanie Long
We have purchased two new cars over the last 5 years from Holmes Honda. We were lucky enough to have Zach Parnell as our salesman the first time. When we went back the second time, we made sure to ask for Zach again. He is far from what you would expect from the stereotypical "car salesman". Zach is extremely knowledgeable in every vehicle on the lot, he is not a pushy salesman, and he will do anything in his ability to please his customers. Once you deal with Zach, you will have a friend at Holmes Honda.

Hard to decide between one star or two star rating! Brougt my car in for service and the first few days customer service was not friendly customer oriented! Was finally told my car was ready and everything fixed. Went to pick it up and they then said it was fixed, but now its not working again! So they said that they can fix it again, but would have to charge me again! Plus I have additional problems that I never had before I took it in! When I brought that up I was just told they can look at it and fix it but would have to charge me again!! After I paid for what was done, the customer service was more friendly and trying to get me back to fix what they already fixed once , yet said they would have to charge me again!! This is not the service dept to go to to have your car worked on, unless you have tons of money and dont mind getting screwed!!
