UP DATE ON THIS PAST REVIEW. I decided this was just wrong for a business to conduct business in the manner. So I went back up to Holmes Honda and ask for Management. They sent Chase Johnson out to speak with me. He politely understood and did not think they policy was with in reason. He asked us to wait a few minutes and returned an apology and an offer to pick up the bill at 75 percent. with no labor charges. So I am happy with that and I have learned sometimes you just need to go to management. Management can not fix what they are not aware of. Chase Johnson you have brought back my business to Holmes Honda. Thanks!
