I upgraded to a newer Honda Pilot, Bo Free was my salesman--this was by far the most pleasant and easiest transaction with any car buying experience I've ever had. I found a vehicle that I liked on the lot on Sunday and did the majority of "negotiations" via text messages and phone calls, we were able to make a deal and all the paperwork was ready for my signature when I arrived yesterday. Bo was professional and personable, explaining everything in great detail ensuring I understood each step of the process; I appreciate his attention to detail and thoroughness. I also noticed he took great effort to help another sales person who was "shadowing" him; I will definitely work with Bo when I purchase my next Honda.
