No callback about my follow up on my car after explaining the mechanic seemed to hastle me with prices. Mechanic told me they couldn't take chip out of my old key to use that key to reprogram so i didnt have to buy a new one. (i personally took it out day before) and explained that to mechanic and all of a sudden, his words got stirred and said he meant it was against policy for them to change chips out. I went ahead and paid the extra $200 bc I needed my car back that day bc i work. Couple days later they did a follow up phone call, told Miss what had happened and that i would come back for more work in later future, if she followed back up with me (she was confused to when i said they had a "policy" against taking chips out.) She was very understanding, but now about one month later, still no call-back. Will continue to post reviews. There mechanics work off commission and will give you total bs to higher the price.
