Looked for a 2015 Acura TLX from Shreveport to Dal...

Looked for a 2015 Acura TLX from Shreveport to Dallas. Had several unsuccessful and unpleasant interactions with multiple salespeople and dealerships along the way. Finally found what I was looking for at Holmes Honda on their website so I went in to check it out.

I was greeted by a friendly staff and paired with a salesman - Seth Pitre - who handled every aspect of my purchase. I told Seth what I wanted and he made sure I got exactly what I asked for - nothing more, nothing less. I say nothing more in a good way - I wasn't hounded to add various things or given that circular sales talk that makes us dread this process to begin with. Seth was extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle, as well as many others, and very professional from the time we shook hands to the minute I walked out the door. Even in the days following my purchase, Seth has reached out to make sure there wasn't anything else I needed.

My only regret from this entire experience is not starting out with Holmes Honda and Mr. Pitre to begin with! I'll soon be in the market to buy my wife a vehicle and I will absolutely give them the first chance to get my business. I highly recommend you do the same.
