Was searching for a nice, reliable car and it was my first time to look and negotiate all on my own. I was very nervous! When I walked in I was eased some by the smile and welcome of the receptionist. Then I met my sales representative, Preston and the anxiety dropped even more! He was so friendly and very easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable about the Honda product and explained things very well. When it came time to look at the money I felt my anxiety rise again, but it quickly subsided because I realized that there wasn't ANY pressure. Preston listened to what I had to say and what i needed in payment and took that to the sales manager. They both worked WITH me to get me the best deal possible. The finance paperwork went just as smooth and again was not high pressure. Johnny explained all my options and help me decide what was best all while staying within my payment range. All at Holmes Honda worked worked to give me a deal I could afford and I LOVE my CR-V!! I will definitely recommend Holmes and Preston to family and friends!
