Typically, it doesn t take long for a Service Advisor to approach the car upon arrival at Holmes Honda on the loop. Today, I made an appointment for 12:45pm just for an oil change. Arrived and was not approached by anyone for 10 minutes and this was after I called customer service and they in turns spoke with Service Manager Brian. He then tells me I have to wait another 45 minutes for an oil change. Customer Service should be number one but if opening another dealership is going to drop your customer service you should ve stayed at one. I waited 2 hours for an oil change.
