I just purchased my 2 Accord from Holmes. I have sent at least 7 other buyers from my area to this dealership. I live in Central Louisiana and I drive 2 hrs to deal with Cody and Holmes Honda. These people will try their very best to earn your business. I had a bad experience with my local Honda dealer and swore I would never go back and I haven t. I have been a great Honda owner and the paint on my 2010 Civic and passenger airbag were recalled so I brought it in . They told me it would take 14 days. My car is not ready and won't be ready until the middle of the week.No one not even the guy Chase that works here and who's handling my recall tried to contact me and let me know my car wouldn't be ready and so I called and he said yeah we're looking at the middle of the week and I said so it's not going to be ready at the quoted you sorry about that. They will not and have refused to give me a loaner so here I am a working mother of two children in school without transportation for 21 days and when I ask their main office for a rental they told me they were not in the rental car business and they hated it for me.so there you go Honda will not be there for you if anything happens but they will gladly take your money every month no problem! I will do research now and will talk to the dealership before making a car purchase next time I buy a car and will not be giving Honda any more of my money when my car is paid off.

I went car shopping with the assumption that it d be an extremely difficult process because I m a first time buyer and my experience with a previous sales consultant felt pressured. Being in this business, you pay attention to other dealerships' strategy, in generating leads and overall productivity in sales. Holmes Honda in Shreveport, is known for their very large BDC. I never understood why SO MANY in their department?? I see why now. I have to find a car, like yesterday. I'm 5 weeks into the search and I considered purchasing vehicles I never would have, because of a woman named Jessica Walker, in their BDC Department. She still to this very day, will text me a couple different options for consideration!! Where other lots have been all but helpful. Even though her efforts have yet to find me the car I'm looking to buy, she relentlessly helps me continue to search. Even when the answer remains ..."No, I don't really love that one".

Holmes honda in Shreveport, may have the majority of their vehicles priced above market value, but their helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated BDC department is superb and has this dealership ranked at the tip top. In my opinion, they're the best Dealership in the SBC. And we haven't even found my car yet! I have faith they got this in the bag. Thank you Jessica, for your time and patience.

I purchased a brand new Honda Accord in Texas 1 year ago. I brought it to the Shreveport service department for routine maintenance they rotated my tires. I started having road noise. I returned to the service department to get it checked and they said my car has cupping and the tires will not even last 1 year! SHREVEPORT HOLMES HONDA DID NOT WARRANTY MY TIRES AND DID NOT STAND BEHIND THE HONDA PRODUCT. He tells me I need to go to the Honda dealer in Texas that I purchased the car from. I can not express enough how disappointed that I am in Holmes Honda and the way they treat a customer. They did not stand behind their product.

I didn't think it would be something i like since i have a busy life with my dogs! But, the gas mileage and the payment i got for the vehicle completely outweighed any cons i had! Will at Holmes is amazing! He worked very diligently making sure that I had the best experience possible! There were a few financial hurdles and he flew over every one. We shopped on Saturday and couldn't get the finances where we needed them to be and he said he would call Monday before noon, but he called before 10AM with the news that I could come sign the paperwork and pick up the car! He is extremely professional and straight forward with no "salesman" BS. I would highly recommend Will to everyone I know!

Best Honda Dealership that I have ever gone to. I purchased my new Honda in Texas. One year later it would stop while I was driving it. This went on for months. The dealership mechanics could not or would not fix the problem. My car broke down on me in MS. The dealership there kept my car 3 days. They claimed nothing was wrong. While driving back to Texas my car broke down in Shreveport (thank God). I had it towed to Holmes Honda. What a fantastic service and waiting area. The staff was very courteous. I made myself comfortable. Plenty of food, big screen TV, reading material, comfortable seating. Just like home. Before I got settled the mechanic was telling me the problem was FIXED!! It was a problem with the fuel pump. I filed a formal complaint with Honda Cars in CA against the dealerships that could or would not fix my car. I couldn't say enough good things about Holmes Honda. I wish they had a dealership in Texas.

After having the locking lugs and truck liner removed from a new Honda Accord by my local Honda dealer because we were $100 apart from agreeing on a price, I sent my son and my brother-in-law to buy new Honda Accords from Holmes Honda. I just traded my Accord, the one missing locking lugs and truck liner, for a new Accord Sport! That one bad deal over $100 has cost my local dealer 3 new car deals! It's nice to deal with a dealership that will work to make you happy. I really don't mind driving 2hrs to buy the same car I could have bought down the road, it was worth my time to do business with a dealer that wanted to business with me. I will continue to recommend Holmes Honda to anyone in the market for a great deal from a great dealership. Mr. Holmes, you have a super sales manager in Cody Cowder, he has taken great care of my concerns, he even gave me his personal cell number to call him if I have any questions or issues that he could help me with. I truely stress about car buying. I live in Lake Charles. I contacted Will Hall. He sent pictures and information about the Honda Odyssey. He took care of the worry and stress. We drove 3 hours to Shreveport, the van and paperwork was waiting on us. We walked in the building, a gentleman showed my kids where the rest area was, while Will introduced us to the finance manager. Will had the car warmed before we got into the car. He explained the programs (and they are alot), programed our phones, and answered all our questions. We were in and out in 45 minutes. THIS IS AWESOME WITH 3 KIDS. He also took care of cancelling the warranties on the car I traded. It is worth the drive and so easy to deal with Will. Everyone was super friendly at Holmes Honda. Absolutely the best car buying experience, I did it from home.

Straight forward and truthful with their Internet specials. I called around 5:00 Saturday and spoke with Malayne Price about what I was looking for. Within minutes she found me what I wanted and set up an appointment with salesman. I arrived close to closing and James Glassy was waiting to help me. Was willing to give me what I asked for on my trade in, after speaking with Manager on duty. Since it was closing time, I was given the keys and told I could come back after work Monday to close on deal. James was patient with me as I requested three quotes on interest rates and found one that I wanted. Good experience with Eugene on financing and warranty. Highly recommend Holmes....it took me a year and two other dealerships to get the vehicle and deal I am happy with!

We purchased a 2019 Q5 Platinum Plus from Max at the used car department of Holmes Honda. Let me start by saying that Max was the best salesperson I have ever had the privilege of doing business with.
We were able to get all of the business details handled ahead of our drive from Baton Rouge. When we arrived, Max greeted us and brought us to see the vehicle we came to purchase. He had it all detailed and parked in a garage. He took us on a test drive and although he typically sold Honda s he shared what he could about the functions of the car. BTW we LOVE our car!! Max then surprised me with a Birthday Cupcake ! He definitely went above and beyond to make our buying experience pleasurable. Our Credit Union also commended him on how he handled the business side of things. So, thank you Max for being our best salesman yet!

Micheal Price was my Saleman. He was so very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. This was my first Honda Accord. I normally buy Toyota Camry. But after looking at what the Accord offered and the price. Micheal made my decision so easy. I will definitely recommend my family and friends.

This is the best dealer in the Shreveport/Bossier area. My wife and I have never have bought three cars from Holmes and we've had an awesome experience each time. The staff is freiendly, professional, and go out of the way make the process seamless. I've even brought friends over to buy as well. No one does their job better!

My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting Holmes Honda in Shreveport, LA on Thursday, February 14th, 2019 in hopes of finding her a new 2019 Honda HRV. On the recommendation of her coworker, we asked for a salesman by the name of Kameron.
Kameron immediately came out, introduced himself, and inquired in what vehicle we were interested in looking at. My wife explained that she was interested in the white HRV. Within a short time-frame, Kameron had each model HRV, in white, pulled up to the front of the dealership. He then went on to explain the individual features of each model and/or differences. We were immediately impressed with how he wanted to show us each model, but also with his knowledge of the vehicle, their safety features, and the latest technology installed with each one. Not only did he explain each of these features, but then, he went the extra mile and showed us each one, walking us through it throughout the entire process.
After selecting the model she wanted, we were then escorted inside the facility, along with a short tour of where everything was located. Once you enter.... you are treated like royalty!
The whole experience was so refreshing and WELL worth the 2 hour drive it took us to get there. I would highly recommend ANYONE looking for a new Honda to go see Kameron at Holmes Honda in Shreveport!!
