I went car shopping with the assumption that it d be an extremely difficult process because I m a first time buyer and my experience with a previous sales consultant felt pressured. But thanks to Mr. Robert Arrington my shopping process was extremely rewarding and exciting. He went out of his way in inclement weather to make sure that I was able to test drive and gain knowledge about several different vehicles just to make sure that I left with the perfect car. I didn t feel pressured to purchase or rush my searching process. He was very knowledgeable and informative in reference to ALL of the vehicles at Holmes Honda which was very helpful and relieving for my first time purchasing a car on my own. He s an amazing car sales consultant and I d recommend Holmes Honda and particularly Mr. Arrington to anyone that is looking to purchase a new vehicle with someone that s actually working for you! I love my new car and owe the confidence that I had in purchasing this vehicle all to the amazing purchasing process that I experienced. I can t thank you enough!
