We purchased a 2019 Q5 Platinum Plus from Max at the used car department of Holmes Honda. Let me start by saying that Max was the best salesperson I have ever had the privilege of doing business with.
We were able to get all of the business details handled ahead of our drive from Baton Rouge. When we arrived, Max greeted us and brought us to see the vehicle we came to purchase. He had it all detailed and parked in a garage. He took us on a test drive and although he typically sold Honda s he shared what he could about the functions of the car. BTW we LOVE our car!! Max then surprised me with a Birthday Cupcake ! He definitely went above and beyond to make our buying experience pleasurable. Our Credit Union also commended him on how he handled the business side of things. So, thank you Max for being our best salesman yet!
