I sell cars for a living. I love it. I genuinely want to help people find a good car and wish other sales people were as honest as I believe we should be, when selling a product that is not only expensive ... but a necessity to obtain.
Being in this business, you pay attention to other dealerships' strategy, in generating leads and overall productivity in sales. Holmes Honda in Shreveport, is known for their very large BDC. I never understood why SO MANY in their department?? I see why now. I have to find a car, like yesterday. I'm 5 weeks into the search and I considered purchasing vehicles I never would have, because of a woman named Jessica Walker, in their BDC Department. She still to this very day, will text me a couple different options for consideration!! Where other lots have been all but helpful. Even though her efforts have yet to find me the car I'm looking to buy, she relentlessly helps me continue to search. Even when the answer remains ..."No, I don't really love that one".

Holmes honda in Shreveport, may have the majority of their vehicles priced above market value, but their helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated BDC department is superb and has this dealership ranked at the tip top. In my opinion, they're the best Dealership in the SBC. And we haven't even found my car yet! I have faith they got this in the bag. Thank you Jessica, for your time and patience.
