I have been a great Honda owner and the paint on my 2010 Civic and passenger airbag were recalled so I brought it in . They told me it would take 14 days. My car is not ready and won't be ready until the middle of the week.No one not even the guy Chase that works here and who's handling my recall tried to contact me and let me know my car wouldn't be ready and so I called and he said yeah we're looking at the middle of the week and I said so it's not going to be ready at the quoted you sorry about that. They will not and have refused to give me a loaner so here I am a working mother of two children in school without transportation for 21 days and when I ask their main office for a rental they told me they were not in the rental car business and they hated it for me.so there you go Honda will not be there for you if anything happens but they will gladly take your money every month no problem! I will do research now and will talk to the dealership before making a car purchase next time I buy a car and will not be giving Honda any more of my money when my car is paid off.
