I truely stress about car buying. I live in Lake Charles. I contacted Will Hall. He sent pictures and information about the Honda Odyssey. He took care of the worry and stress. We drove 3 hours to Shreveport, the van and paperwork was waiting on us. We walked in the building, a gentleman showed my kids where the rest area was, while Will introduced us to the finance manager. Will had the car warmed before we got into the car. He explained the programs (and they are alot), programed our phones, and answered all our questions. We were in and out in 45 minutes. THIS IS AWESOME WITH 3 KIDS. He also took care of cancelling the warranties on the car I traded. It is worth the drive and so easy to deal with Will. Everyone was super friendly at Holmes Honda. Absolutely the best car buying experience, I did it from home.
