I purchased a brand new Honda Accord in Texas 1 year ago. I brought it to the Shreveport service department for routine maintenance they rotated my tires. I started having road noise. I returned to the service department to get it checked and they said my car has cupping and the tires will not even last 1 year! SHREVEPORT HOLMES HONDA DID NOT WARRANTY MY TIRES AND DID NOT STAND BEHIND THE HONDA PRODUCT. He tells me I need to go to the Honda dealer in Texas that I purchased the car from. I can not express enough how disappointed that I am in Holmes Honda and the way they treat a customer. They did not stand behind their product.
