Best Honda Dealership that I have ever gone to. I purchased my new Honda in Texas. One year later it would stop while I was driving it. This went on for months. The dealership mechanics could not or would not fix the problem. My car broke down on me in MS. The dealership there kept my car 3 days. They claimed nothing was wrong. While driving back to Texas my car broke down in Shreveport (thank God). I had it towed to Holmes Honda. What a fantastic service and waiting area. The staff was very courteous. I made myself comfortable. Plenty of food, big screen TV, reading material, comfortable seating. Just like home. Before I got settled the mechanic was telling me the problem was FIXED!! It was a problem with the fuel pump. I filed a formal complaint with Honda Cars in CA against the dealerships that could or would not fix my car. I couldn't say enough good things about Holmes Honda. I wish they had a dealership in Texas.
