Straight forward and truthful with their Internet specials. I called around 5:00 Saturday and spoke with Malayne Price about what I was looking for. Within minutes she found me what I wanted and set up an appointment with salesman. I arrived close to closing and James Glassy was waiting to help me. Was willing to give me what I asked for on my trade in, after speaking with Manager on duty. Since it was closing time, I was given the keys and told I could come back after work Monday to close on deal. James was patient with me as I requested three quotes on interest rates and found one that I wanted. Good experience with Eugene on financing and warranty. Highly recommend Holmes....it took me a year and two other dealerships to get the vehicle and deal I am happy with!
