Alfonso and his team made the whole experience easy and quick. We went in just to browse and found the perfect car for our family. He was super helpful, informative, and got us to the price point we needed. He worked with our previous dealer to get out of the lease we were in. That alone saved a ton of headaches. He made the leasing process very easy for multiple cars, and more importantly he continues to check in to make sure I am happy with the car! I have stopped by after the sale with many questions that he has answered on the spot, and he even came to my house to help link the garage door! Excellent service is what people expect and Steve has lived up to that! I would highly recommend him for anyone that is interested checking out the Audi brand!

We wanted to trade in our 2008 Volvo sedan for a new Audi Q5 roughly three weeks ago ; we walked into the Hoffman dealership in East Hartford, CT and were quickly assigned a Salesperson , Andrew Daniel .

We found Andrew to be very attentive, very knowledgeable about his product , and he demonstrated attention to detail throughout our purchase process ; we arrived at a trade-in value and purchase price that we were very happy with ; before we drove home with our new Q5 , Andrew spent over an hour explaining many of the key features in the vehicle . He also volunteered to come to our home on his own time to answer any questions we had in the future .

It was a pleasure working with Andrew and based on this experience we would purchase from Hoffman again .

Couldn t have asked for a better overall experience. The salesman, Alfonso was very helpful from the moment I walked in. He answered all my questions and worked very hard to help find the perfect vehicle. The management staff and technology team were friendly and did everything they could to make my wife and I feel comfortable during the entire process. I would recommend Hoffman Audi to anyone in the market for and Audi! We will definitely be repeat customers.

Made an appt to bring car in for a temporary fix of an airbag problem.
Received call that they did not have necessary part but should get early the next week so I left the car. Part received 3 days later. Received a call that the part received was the wrong part and that correct part would be ordered. Radio silence for 8 days!! I called and was told part would be received anywhere from 3-14 days later. I picked up my car today which is still not repaired. And was told that if I wanted a loaner next time, they could do that but the repair would likely be scheduled 2 weeks after the part came in. Poor communication and customer service!

Went in for warranty work and noticed the front rotor torn in half. Less than 2k miles on the brand new car. They gave me the runaround as to how it happened. Blamed it on wear ? Not covered under warranty. If it happens again I have to pay? Seams like this is a defect not normal wear? 1st interaction with service is not good.

This morning, I tried calling Hoffman Audi of East Hartford. It took 3 calls to get a live person to answer the phone. I explained that I had water all in the floor behind the drivers seat and passengers seat, and that it wasn't the first time. I car is starting to smell musty. I was told that they would not be able to get me in for service with a loaner until a week from tomorrow! Seriously? my car is soaking wet inside. She sent me to the assistant manager, and all i got was his voicemail. I called New London, and they are taking my car in today and giving me a loaner as they deem this a priority. Note: I live in South Windsor, CT and now have a two hour round trip drive to take my car in. Obviously New London's service is very customer focused, Like their sales department, which is why I have chosen to purchase both my Audi's from New London, after an unpleasant experience in East Hartford sales. Very disappointed in how I was treated today by East Hartford.

My brother has bought 3 Audi's from Hoffman over the past 20 years. So when I needed to buy I looked to Hoffman. But first I went and looked at a few of other cars and spoke to many sales people to get some sense of the process of buying a car; I don't buy a car that often. Well the folks at Hoffman were notably a cut above the other dealers. We felt like they were working with us not just selling a car. Mark, Tom, and Alex helped us through the whole process. It was not frustrating at all. Being open and honest gets you a long way in my book.

We appreciated the sales staff skill, professionalism and all around good nature :).

Although I haven't had my car serviced there I am basing this rating on the level of service my brother said he received.

You would think that the dealership would keep tra...

You would think that the dealership would keep track of a $4000 extended warranty package you payed for!!!! A three hour fix (O2 sensor replacement) kept my wife s car in the dealer for 3 days because the system didn t show any extended warranty packages . So once I called CareGARD to confirm and send the details back to the dealership, the response I got was that somehow the system had some issues.
On top of this, when I asked for a loaner car since the repair was taking several days I was told no because they were all out of loaners, like I had any way to plan for this issue to pop up.
Long story short, it was a really bad experience.
Ooo and now the windshield fluid is leaking now after the fewer fixed the O2 sensor.

We contacted Ashley Echtman via e-mail regarding a CPOd 2014 A8L that we were interested in. Her response was prompt and much more detailed than we had anticipated. We thus scheduled an appointment to view and test drive the car. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were greeted by Steve Steller who brought us to the car which had been positioned at the front of the dealership for us. Later that day we decided to purchase the car. When we returned the following week for delivery, the car was actually in the showroom and had received what can best be described as a very attentive detailing and prep. Steve then spent a great deal of time with us going over the myriad of technologies and operational aspects of the vehicle. Steve also introduced us to people in the service department which was a nice touch. All-in-all a very fine car buying experience. Brian Webster in the finance department was also very helpful and professional.

Hmph....well...I guess my experience has been much worse than what others have experienced. Maybe it's because I didn't buy the car there?...but given that I had left THREE voice mail messages with the service department and had never even gotten a phone call back...I don't even think that they knew that! - I even tried an end around of trying to go through the sales side and trying to get a live person on the phone....no dice.
My recommendation? - I called Valenti in Watertown...Valenti was AWESOME! Got me in within 2 days. Incredibly helpful and accomodating. Comfortable waiting area with snacks, soft drinks and coffee. If you live in the west central part of Conn. I strongly recommend Valenti Audi. They made me feel special.

I've had my 2007 A4 for almost a year now, and I love visiting Hoffman for service almost as much as I love my car. Sarah in sales and Dani in the service department are my go-to girls. My boyfriend bought the same car as me from Sarah shortly after I purchased mine, and I wish Sarah was my sales agent. She retrieved 2 extra sets of keys for my car even though she wasn't my sales agent. Dani in the service department is fantastic when it comes to scheduling appointments, providing estimates, and making sure I'm happy with every service. Can't wait to buy my next Audi from Hoffman!

The reviews looked to good to be true, but today they were verified. I'm not one to write reviews, but this place is fantastic, and my Sales Guy, Brandon Chin, was an absolute joy to work with! From the moment we got to Hoffman we felt at ease. A little bit of paperwork and we were off test driving what would soon turn into our new/used Miata. It was actually fun (I know that sounds like BS) going through the purchasing process, from going over the car, to determining a price that worked for both sides. Brandon is a true professional, and has a great sense of humor! Sales Management and Drew in Finance carried on the same easy going, enjoyable process of buying a car. Amazing dealership and amazing people and customer service. I needed a new car and we stopped in one night and met Dylan. He is truly so nice, so kind, so helpful, not pushy at all, and got us exactly what we were looking for. He was so helpful throughout the whole process and quickly responded to all of our questions and emails, no matter the time and even on weekends and on his days off. When we picked up the car, he spent an hour sitting in the car and showing us all it s great features. We love our Audi, and we love, love the dealership and Dylan. From the second I walked in the door, service writer was more interested in upselling me on added services at inflated prices then hearing about my vehicles issues. It appears your car is normal if you don t get a code. The fact that my car has a rough idle in the morning on a cold start and has loud shifting or engine noises when I travel at highway speeds, doesn t matter because no code is triggered therefore normal . I guess the old fashioned mechanics that could actually trouble shoot and diagnose a problem must all work at smaller privately owned shops. Audi just hires code readers! Waiting for my car to break down most likely on the highway at rush hour. Maybe then it will trigger a code! Thanks Audi.

I felt you were an advocate for me and got me the best car at the best price, then took the time, almost 90 minutes going over all the features of the car so I could really experience my car the second I drove it off the lot. (Our usual service manager didn't seem to be around.)

I was seeking a lease on a 2017 audi a7 and had the fortune to work with Peter Helou who is an audi salesman at this dealership. I live out of state more than four hours from this dealership and compared several dealership offers and worked with their salesman. Peter was the best of the lot hands down. He made me a very competitive offer immediately and was very efficient in handling any related questions and concerns that I had. I was ready to make the deal immediately and already had done my due diligence so I knew what he was offering was very fair. I just brought my 2016 A6 home after a 55k mile inspection. This was the first time I had to pay for a service so the $1800 bill was a big pill to swallow. Three stars because I love the work done by the mechanics but only three because the other departments are a bit of a dissapointment. Every time after a service appointment my car would glisten but today they decided not to wash it. It was covered in road salt, now would be the time to clean it! Also, I've previously declined service for my tires/wheels because it's covered by a third party. Of course I didn't ask which services would be performed but as I mentioned, the last time, I was specifically asked about balance/alignment. $350 out the window for something that was performed 10k miles ago. And just because I'm sour about this visit, the water machine is fun but I miss the cans of Diet Coke, the snacks are gone, and there are no more breakfast sandwiches. I feel like someone is sacrificing the customer experience and I'm not happy.

Buying the car (Audi Q5) was easy. Getting in contact with ANY one of the service assistance employees to get some small concerns with the car dealt with was almost impossible. From dead end phone lines, to mis-connected extensions by the operator to endless holds and voicemails. I even had one of the sales persons ridicule me for making her phone ring when trying to reach the service department, even after following the correct tele-prompts. Could be a decent place, just needs to tighten up on the inner workings a bit.

My brand new Audi broke down in who knows where Connecticut. I call for a tow, they use the location that the app tells them. They find out the location is slightly incorrect and cancel my first tow truck and had to wait for a second one. I was stranded for over 5 hours hungry and thirsty hoping to be towed by Audi. The next day I tried calling for a loaner. But they had none and they told me the same for the next 2 weeks. They don t care if you need a loaner they will take their sweet time finding one whenever it conviniences them. My loaner was finally available 3 weeks later coincidently the same day my vehicle was ready. The customer service was god awful. Every time I called nobody would ever pick up. I am convinced audi Hoffman has a team training their employees on how to procrastinate and not pick up their customer service line. Please don t use this service and avoid these selfish and horrible people.

I purchased a car from this dealership a week ago and had the pleasure of dealing with Sylvester Evans. This was by far the best experience I've had buying a car. The professionalism, personality, knowledge and overall expertise was unmatched by anyone I have dealt with in the past. He understood what I was looking for without me having to explain too much and delivered on everything he said he would and then some. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and must say I have not been happier in any car to date, and this is because of Sylvester. I have and will tell everyone about Sylvester at Hoffman Audi if they are going to purchase a car. If you're in the market for a new or used car, look no further you have found the dealership and the representative you have been looking for.

Dealing with Hoffman Audi was a pleasant experience. I was not pressured and allowed to make my own decision. I worked with Adrian Hester who took the time to explain the features of the car I was considering purchasing. I purchased a certified used car in which and some minor imperfections. Hoffman and Adrian went the extra mile to have the car buffed and any dings removed. I greatly appreciate the effort. The car looks great. I'm also happy to have delt with Jackie Smith in the finance department who was willing to spend the time with making sure I understand how the monthly payments were calculated. I can see myself definately purchasing from Hoffman again.

He was well informed, well spoken, was very informative about the specific car I was interested in, and made my test drive a memorable one. I was looking into a 2019 SQ5 as it had more of the updated safety features than what my 2016 Q5 had. I sat down with the salesman, Amaury Bruno and he had such a fantastic personality and knowledge of the car that he persuaded me to switch into a newer car. He didn't pressure me but instead listened and made it hard to pass up the opportunity and even located one with all the options I wanted. Amaury is always very helpful with any questions or concerns I had with the new car. The delivery was extremely easy and my experiences with Hoffman Audi has been nothing but pleasant, in each department I've had to deal with. I do appreciate the extra care as its obvious they want to help.

I went to have engine light checked they charge me $207.00 and did not tell me what was the problem plus they wanted an additional $750. To further inspect how can you rip a person off $750. Just to tell them what s wrong this is ridiculous

Walked in with my wife and we weren't acknowledged we looked at a few cars. No one said nothing. Salesman looked at us and did not even say " hello" or " can I help you" walked out and went to Mercedes Benz.

My experience with Adrian, was awesome yet again! I bought a vehicle from him about 1.5 years ago and unfortunately it got totaled a couple weeks ago. I reached out to Adrian right off the bat but there really wasn't anything I was interested in, it didn't stop there though.I went to another dealership to look at a vehicle that they had that I was interested in and oh boy what a difference, the other dealership called me 3 times and emailed 6 times in two days how annoying, anyway Adrian came threw he called me with a vehicle that was traded in to a sister dealership and got me in it, I bought it right away. The great thing about Hoffman and Adrian is that you don't feel like they are pressuring you to buy what they want you to buy. The best thing that I can say is that its really nice that you can trust that even if there isn't a vehicle at the dealership when you originally look you can trust without fail that Adrian is looking for you everyday until he finds what you are looking for!!

I brought my car to Hoffman Audi of East Hartford for a cranking no start problem I told the service advisor the car has done this multiple times and I wanted to figure out the problem I told them the car has to sit for at least 12 hours or more to do it when I drop the vehicle off they called me within 2 hours saying it was the starter but told them that the starter is cranking over it's just not turning the engine over they completely ignored me and said it's the starter and wanted to charge me $1,300. I still had to pay the diagnosis fee wish came up to $158. I brought my 2008 Audi S4 tell my friend shop and told him what Audi said he said that Audi was wrong and he was going to look at my car. After my friend scan my car for me which Audi was supposed to do I had nine fault codes saying that my ECM relay was bad and that was the reason why I wasn't getting a start. A $30 part to get my car started instead of the pros at Audi telling me $1,300 for something I didn't need. Moral of the story is don't always trust the dealer everyone is looking for a quick buck

Excellent, professional, friendly expert service - they got me in right away and were able to get me back in my car in less than a day. I really loved the video inspection they sent during the service - it helped me feel informed, connected to the process and I also learned quite a bit! They clearly strive for excellence, and make it a priority to keep you in the drivers seat every step of the way. Highly recommend

The Last Saturday in August My wife and I set out to replace an Infiniti coming off lease. I had previously stopped in and conveyed my interest in the new Q60 coup at the Hartford Infiniti dealer. The car is for my wife but selfishly I was attempting to steer her towards the Q60. When we arrived I could see the salesman I had previously engaged was tied up. He told me to come back in an hour. Normally I would have politely declined but I figured my wife and I could drive the short distance to Connecticut Boulevard and look at the Lexus and Audi offerings before heading back to the Infiniti dealership. First stop the Lexus dealership which was surprisingly busy as well. Not one individual approached me and I spent a significant amount of time looking at the RX and NX crossovers as they caught my wife's attention. After standing idle for 10-15 minutes and not being approached we left and headed to the next door Audi dealer. Inside it was even more busy than the Lexus showroom. I had been inside for only 3-5 minutes when salesman Peter Helou broke briefly away from clients he was setting up for a test drive to offer his help. He explained he was heading out for a test drive and would help when he returned. He also answered a couple questions I had. As someone who has salesman employed at my business I was impressed how he was able to just divert his attention enough to my wife and I without compromising the attention he had with the couple about to take a test drive. It worked out well since we spent the next 15 minutes looking at vehicles in the showroom and outside. Between Peter and Dani they both handled the situation professionally by neither alienating us or the other couple and the willingness to make sure I did not leave the showroom without the proper attention was refreshing. Though Dani pitched in on a very busy Saturday Peter referred back to my wife and I a couple of times. Peter earned our praise on his diligence to pursue the car we wanted and make certain the delivery was at a convenient time. Additionally his delivery of the vehicle demonstrated great competence with the product and his comfortable and confident demeanor was an attribute I have rarely found in previous experience shopping for a vehicle.
